The room was clean and contemporary though I didn’t use it. I liked that you had a big pool and hot tub and a game room. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful even when they had to figure out my reservation, which was confusing because I mixed my first and last name when I reserved the room, but she was patient with me and we found it and everything was good.

I thought the property was great

The balcony overlooking the indoor pool was unexpected but an amazing surprise for my kids and I. Breakfast was amazing, staff was amazing. Although the second morning the lady during breakfast seemed a bit annoyed. The location was very accessible and nearby the trampoline park where we came from! Definitely will be staying again.

Very Clean and friendly staff. The pool area was big and love the little game room for the kids.

There was a birthday party going on so the pool was packed and it was hard to get in and swim. I guess if they all reserved a room then that's understandable but I would be checking if that was the case because it would not be fair to the ones that did pay for a room.

the pool area was dirty. The hot tub didn’t work we told the front desk staff and they said it’s working it just has to cycle…. I said I don’t think so it’s freezing. it never worked. I had 3 rooms revered for my sons birthday. my 7 year old was super excited and ran down the hall to the other room where my sister and kids were staying and one of the front desk people came up and yelled at him for running in the hallway. I get it if it’s the middle of the night and they’re running back and forth but it was 3pm and he ran to their room and back. another family had taken over the breakfast area we’re having a Christmas party. they didn’t have room keys so put towels in the door to have access to the pool area. we ended up having pizza and cake in our room because there were no tables.

Loved the continental breakfast. Rented the room to get ready for my wedding and I loved being able to grab a quick bite before my hair dresser showed up. Loved the wireless charging pad. So convenient!

Very rowdy older kids in pool at night , make sit hard for younger kids to use the pool , staff never came in and checked on pool area to address the issue

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I like the pool hours too.

There was a noise that I almost called the front desk about but it stopped in about 20 min. I think it was maybe the next rooms shower but it was a weird humming noise.

Good variety of breakfast choices. Comfortable bed and nice that there was a spot to put both our suitcases. Modern, clean room. Plenty of towels and JR Watkins products in bathroom.

We prefer to have blackout curtains in our hotel room over having roller blinds because blinds let in some light. No other issues than that.

They gave my booking to my dad before I got there. They didnt verify anything ID or credit card. They charged my card without me being or authorization

A very nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff, and a clean room.

We were not able to get into our room, the key card did not work, we had to return to the lobby 3 times and finally be let into our room. Please remind guests to return room key cards to prevent this from happening.
