The staff were friendly and the room was clean.
I booked a room here because it was the only one that had a “spa” in the room. However, when I arrived I was told there are zero rooms with a spa. My wife is dealing with Chemotherapy side effects and I really wanted her to relax and enjoy soaking so I took here an hour away from home. The website needs updated. The weekend was meant just for relaxing and the Spa tub was to be a big part of that. She was very disappointed since I told her I found one but then didn’t. Was not the receptionist fault so I didn’t make it into a big deal but a discount would have helped with the disappointment.

I stupidly locked myself out, and they quickly gave me another key at no extra charge! Also, they were extremely patient with me getting all my stuff out of the room, and letting me check out a few minutes late.
The room was a bit small. I would've stayed longer, but they charge way too much for a week! Also, couldn't get good water temp in the shower. It was either freezing or boiling!

Everything was go0d.
We put 2 $50 deposit down. 1 for the room and 1 for a dog. We only got 1 deposit back. I call the hotel then said they where text me a number to find out about refund but never got it. I try email but never heard back from anyone

It was an awesome room. Very comfortable. Lady at front desk was super nice.
The walls are very thin and I'm glad my 8 yr old daughter was not with me, as she would have heard the neighbors having sex in the middle of the day. 😕

Staff were wonderful. Beds were so comfy! Clean and nice overall!
Tables were sticky and had to wipe them down. Was thinking it may be a disinfectant residue.

very friendly and convenient on and off highway the gas station is right next door
the hot tub was drained and now where is it mentioned that the hot tub was down. that’s one thing I was looking forward to

The beds were very comfortable
The breakfast was not what I would think a continental breakfast would be. The swimming pool room was very cold, and there were not any towels in the pool area.
