I've stayed here a few time, so I know what I'm getting: clean, comfortable accommodations at an acceptable price. They have a selection of munchies for purchase, including ice cream. There's a nice fitness room and a smallish indoor swimming pool. I like the kitchenette with a fridge that has a real freezer, a dishwasher, stove, even plates, glasses, flatware, a selection of pots... the works. I like the work table and adjustable chair. There's also a nice, 2 person sofa in the room. Complementary bottled water and fruit by the front desk is a nice touch.

The parking is quite inadequate for the size of the hotel. Depending on its occupancy and when you arrive, you may not find a normal parking spot. It's not a major hassle, as there is plenty of space that belongs to neighboring hotels. Just ask for a tag to put on your dashboard when you check in. All the lamps, i.e., the bathroom, kitchenette, the overhead lamps, and even in the closet are warm, bright and welcoming. But the lamps over the nightstands are daylight blue and exceptionally dim. What are you thinking?!?? C'mon, MAN! Having your room serviced daily seems to be a thing of the past. The staff at the front desk will happily take your request for daily cleaning, but execution is hit or miss.

The comfort of the room and the staff was very very nice. I loved the fact that there was a kitchen inside the room that came with all the items you would need.

My daughter got bit by something while sleeping. The waffle machine was only on the weekend! Then when my sister in law came to pick us up, she had her non verbal autistic son. He makes noise and I was told someone complained but the whole time someone was jumping over top of my head! I had to ask her to just leave so I wouldn’t get kicked out!

The property was amazing new. Ambiance was spectacular. They had a kitchenette in the suite. It was a busy weekend with different sports tournaments . They actually had breakfast earlier at 6 am to 10 pm which was amazing because there were very early games. That’s was very nice of them loved the property. Location was a walking distance from MSA Fieldhouse restaurant, Meijer and Chick-fil-A and other fast food were all close loved it 😍

They had only one waffle maker

Breakfast was Very good and our location was within 10 minutes of our event. The price was very good compared to near by location. Many places cost more and offered less. We definitely would go back!

Everything was Great including the staff. There was nothing to Not like about our stay.

Rooms had everything! The staff were very friendly, the shuttle waited for us, the breakfast had some nice options that weren’t ultra processed

Parking. Couldn’t believe that there wasn’t enough parking. We had to park across the street. Very frustrating. You would think a new hotel would have enough parking.

Cleanliness , friendly staff and was accommodating i arrived a hour early and they took good care of my booking , breakfasts the cook was really nice also

We Wish There Was A Hot Tub... Parking Was Awful... VERY Over Crowded & Wasn't Able To Park At Our Own Hotel Parking Lot. VERY INCONVENIENT.

Walked in and it smelled and looked clean.

Arguing with an employee up front. But the staff handled it respectfully and quickly as to not escalate the issues at hand.

Fresh coffee, free cold bottled water always available. Great location next to shopping and restaurants.

The washer and dryers could have been better, maybe if you could use a card to pay instead of having to locate lots of quarters. There could have been more tv stations. The gym was small with limited equipment to work out with.
