The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Big tv. Each side of the bed had a side shelf with an outlet and USB ports. There are many restaurants next to it. Meijer is right up the street. Excellent hot coffee with an assortment of flavored creamer:) Good value for product. I would stay here again.

The bathroom fan was LOUD and annoying, especially to the person in the room. Could hear every footstep of the people.above us. The rear entrance door said it was locked 24 hours a day, but it was sticking, so it wasn't locked. I didn't need my room key to get in... that should be fixed.

The room was quite spacious and exceptionally clean! The bed was comfy and it was lovely having other amenities such as a mini fridge and a microwave. The AC truly made sleeping much easier considering the heatwave that was sweeping through West Michigan. I appreciated the fact that there was a washing machine and dryer just down the hall which meant I didn't need to pack as much. Additionally, the proximity to Grand Rapids is great - I96 is nearby (which you do not hear by the way) and the Gerald R. Ford International Airport is a stone's throw away. Furthermore, having a Meijer across the street and various other stores and restaurants are also helpful. The staff are more than kind and accommodating, making check-in, check-out, and the overall stay very pleasant.

You can tell that the building has been in operation for quite some time as the hallway on the second floor always had a rather interesting smell, there is patchwork in the bathroom covering some form of necessary repair, etc. However, do not let this discourage you from staying here. The staff keeps it truly clean and you can tell that they are going above and beyond to make it as comfortable of an experience as possible despite the age of the facilities. (I did the recommended "clean" check and there were no signs of bugs, grime, etc. You can tell they are doing their best as the room was spotless.) Some wear and tear is to be expected.

The Jacuzzi tub was amazing and the location was great! It was very close to everything! Check in and check out process was all through text which made everything easy and convenient. Jacuzzi room even had a tv in it!! Mini fridge was Also larger than we expected which is great!

The bed was very hard/firm. Made for an uncomfortable night of sleep and the breakfast was lacking. Only protein available was a frozen breakfast sandwich and boiled eggs.

Quiet room, super comfortable bed, wonderful shower (excellent pressure, plenty of hot water, a free-flowing drain and a handy shelf & grab bar), good vanity space around the bathroom sink, large desk with a chair plus another chair in the room which is convenient for two people. Easy parking, fast elevator, friendly & efficient front desk staff, reasonable price compared with other area lodging.

No complaints at all. We were happy with our choice for this one-night stay.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Had all the amenities we needed. The next day my boyfriend said, I haven't slept this good in months and I totally agree, because I slept just as good.The staff was very friendly and answered any questions we had. The breakfast bar was very clean and had many selections to eat. If something ran out the staff pleasantly refilled what was needed. We will definitely stay there again in the future.🙂

Great value for a decent stay. Clean, comfortable & convenient! Breakfast had options, from breakfast sandwiches-sausage, egg, cheese & croissant -to hard boiled eggs, to yogurt, freshly made waffles, oatmeal, pastries, breads, apples, oranges, bananas & beverages. Also, $15.00 shuttle to the airport. Staff very friendly & helpful, especially June. Best hotel in its class for the money!

As always a excellent value for the money ,the room was good the room was clean everything worked properly. The breakfast actually is pretty darn good they have the waffles which is pretty much standard nowadays and then eggs occasionally and sausage gravy biscuits plus juices and yogurt things like that so you know for the money it's a really good value.

Large comfortable king room with minifridge, microwave and coffee maker. Quiet and good value. Easy access to restaurants and Trader Joe's. Ample breakfast hours which start at 6. Happy to see fresh fruit offered.

Some of the other customers were a bit off-putting - it's a bargain hotel near an airport. But most were just regular travellers, perhaps there to catch an early flight. Breakfast was a bit skimpy but adequate.

The chair in our room was stained and ripped and should definitely be replaced. That tends to make it feel a bit dirty and uninviting. The grout around the tub was non existent which will cause water damage under the flooring. But the staff was very friendly and the bed was comfortable. Other than those 2 little things it was nice.

I wasn't too pleased with it. There could have been more choices. But I didn't like the fact that we couldn't bring it back to our room. We had a refrigerator and a microwave there, so why not?

I couldn't get more samples of the soaps. Their small already, so.....🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️
