The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Big tv. Each side of the bed had a side shelf with an outlet and USB ports. There are many restaurants next to it. Meijer is right up the street. Excellent hot coffee with an assortment of flavored creamer:) Good value for product. I would stay here again.

The bathroom fan was LOUD and annoying, especially to the person in the room. Could hear every footstep of the people.above us. The rear entrance door said it was locked 24 hours a day, but it was sticking, so it wasn't locked. I didn't need my room key to get in... that should be fixed.

The room was quite spacious and exceptionally clean! The bed was comfy and it was lovely having other amenities such as a mini fridge and a microwave. The AC truly made sleeping much easier considering the heatwave that was sweeping through West Michigan. I appreciated the fact that there was a washing machine and dryer just down the hall which meant I didn't need to pack as much. Additionally, the proximity to Grand Rapids is great - I96 is nearby (which you do not hear by the way) and the Gerald R. Ford International Airport is a stone's throw away. Furthermore, having a Meijer across the street and various other stores and restaurants are also helpful. The staff are more than kind and accommodating, making check-in, check-out, and the overall stay very pleasant.

You can tell that the building has been in operation for quite some time as the hallway on the second floor always had a rather interesting smell, there is patchwork in the bathroom covering some form of necessary repair, etc. However, do not let this discourage you from staying here. The staff keeps it truly clean and you can tell that they are going above and beyond to make it as comfortable of an experience as possible despite the age of the facilities. (I did the recommended "clean" check and there were no signs of bugs, grime, etc. You can tell they are doing their best as the room was spotless.) Some wear and tear is to be expected.

The young woman at the front desk was a pleasure. She worked hard. She ran the desk, did the breakfast and ran the shuttle - all with a smile on her face.

The bed was a little hard. There was one man that worked there who spoke to the hard working woman very unpleasantly. He should not speak like that where guests can hear - or at all frankly.

It was close to I96 which made it easy to get around. The staff was friendly. Liked the afternoon cookies. The breakfast was consistent and good. Ample patking.

The room door didn’t swing closed, though it was heavy enough. We just had to be careful. Would like a cold water station or faucet near lobby. Would gave been helpful to have a small microwave in the lobby.

The Jacuzzi tub was amazing and the location was great! It was very close to everything! Check in and check out process was all through text which made everything easy and convenient. Jacuzzi room even had a tv in it!! Mini fridge was Also larger than we expected which is great!

The bed was very hard/firm. Made for an uncomfortable night of sleep and the breakfast was lacking. Only protein available was a frozen breakfast sandwich and boiled eggs.

Clean and comfortable, good breakfast, great girl checking us out and driving us to the airport. She even accommodated us leaving earlier than scheduled.

Would have been perfect if the check in gentleman had been friendly. Also, when I called a week earlier to make sure there would be a shuttle to the airport, it would have been nice if they had told me then there was a $15 charge.

Quiet room, super comfortable bed, wonderful shower (excellent pressure, plenty of hot water, a free-flowing drain and a handy shelf & grab bar), good vanity space around the bathroom sink, large desk with a chair plus another chair in the room which is convenient for two people. Easy parking, fast elevator, friendly & efficient front desk staff, reasonable price compared with other area lodging.

No complaints at all. We were happy with our choice for this one-night stay.

Room was pretty big, bed was a comfortable king size, mirrors in the bathroom helped you not feel so constricted in that space. Best part was the water pressure though, that shower was basically a weakened power washer and I loved it

No complaints. It's a value resort so expecting a 5 star room is silly, but the room went definitely above and beyond for a value resort.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Had all the amenities we needed. The next day my boyfriend said, I haven't slept this good in months and I totally agree, because I slept just as good.The staff was very friendly and answered any questions we had. The breakfast bar was very clean and had many selections to eat. If something ran out the staff pleasantly refilled what was needed. We will definitely stay there again in the future.🙂

Great value for a decent stay. Clean, comfortable & convenient! Breakfast had options, from breakfast sandwiches-sausage, egg, cheese & croissant -to hard boiled eggs, to yogurt, freshly made waffles, oatmeal, pastries, breads, apples, oranges, bananas & beverages. Also, $15.00 shuttle to the airport. Staff very friendly & helpful, especially June. Best hotel in its class for the money!
