The reception staff. Mario was absolutely phenomenal. I couldn’t tell you how many people recognized his attentiveness. He acknowledged every person coming and going, was always asking if there was anything he could help with, etc. Overall, just a delightful person.

The bathroom sink was clogged, didn’t affect us too much especially since we didn’t realize until about midnight.

Breakfast was the best I've ever had in a hotel - including other location of this same hotel.

Figuring out the lighting was a bit strange but eventually got it. Also for some reason - you could really hear other people.

Staff was wonderful. Great friendly check in person, put me in a great room accessible for taking dog out. Pet friendly property greatly appreciated. The breakfast woman was wonderful . I had a broken wrist and she offered to cut an apple up for me. Breakfast great with variety of selections.

It was very clean

They advertised a hot tub. My family gathered for Christmas and the reason we selected this hotel was the hit tub. There are MANY other choices in Grand Rapids. There was no hot tub. There was a pool only. Also, the TV only had 2 or 3 channels. You could not access Netflix to use our account, or any other services. In addition the hot breakfast was truly sad vs many other hotels where we've stayed.

The facilities were new, immaculately clean, and homey. The staff were genuinely welcoming and their customer service was extraordinary. I had just come from a stressful week and staying here rejuvenated me. As well, the other guests I bumped into shared the same sense of "home" and high view of the staff and facilities.

Everything was excellent. I have travelled a fair bit and was simply very impressed.

Rooms were very clean. Beds very comfortable. Showers were nice. Dishes were clean, as well.

Breakfast was awful. The bacon was not recognizable as food. No other meat was offered. All that was left for my family to eat were bananas (which were good, BTW). The eggs were nothing to write home about, either. Just meh. Disappointing

Every bit of the service and stay was amazing, from the service, to the cleanliness and even the location of the hotel. We couldn’t have selected a better place for our trip.

The staff was amazing. Super friendly and helpful with options to eat around the area. I wish I could have spent more time here. The room was super clean. I wish I could have checked out the pool but me and my little one were to tired from our 8 hour car ride.

They had no extra fans to bring to the room but the thermostat could be set to keep the fan in the vents running so that was a good back up.

Very nice, clean suite, with everything you need to set up for the stay. Kitchen was well equipped. Bed was perfect. Couch was immaculate.

Great place, could have used a jacuzzi by the pool. Looks like there used to be one there.

The location was nice ,facility and the room was very clean . Staff professional . Shout out to Jeremiah. He was very helpful.
