The location was very convenient and the hotel was quite beautiful. Towels were lush and plentiful in the room, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, hair dryer, ironing board provided. The hotel is large at 7 stories, and we found the hallways were very quiet - no rowdy guests in hallways or other issues. Was it not busy, or was soundproofing better? When we asked if we could change rooms for the second night to the other side of the building due to highway noise, the staff were very accommodating and moved us without any bother. They upgraded us, but it was not necessary. The new room had a wall thermostat so this made it much easier to adjust the temperature and the air system was not as noisy as the previous room. The bed was also more comfortable. Front desk staff also cheerfully provided a map for us to find a nearby grocery store. Parking lot was convenient. The hotel has an Indian restaurant and a Starbucks. We didn't have the chance to try either, unfortunately, but we wanted to.

Our first room on the 7th floor faced the highway and was noisy. We sleep with earplugs when we are in a hotel because there is always noise, and this did avoid most of the noise. But because we were at the same level as the elevated highway, it was still noisy. I suggest you specify a room on the non-highway side. The air system was also a bit noisy in this room. Also, the coffee supplies were depleted in the first room - only some decaf coffee and tea. My husband had to go downstairs to get regular coffee packets since he can't function without caffeine and didnt want to wsit for delivery..

Lots of outdoor space. Lovely terrace area. The pool is very big and clean. Great to have a wonderful Indian restaurant on site. Convenient location, right off the highway. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

The patio furniture cushions were in need of a little cleaning. Bird droppings and dampness made me not want to sit down with my white pants on. Our room view was the storage area for outside chairs and warmers. It wasn't busy so it would have been nicer to be moved down the hall a bit for at least a terrace view.

The personell was very friendly and helpful. The floors were off season deserted, I didn't see other guests, but there were cameras across the long floors, which made it feel safer. The pool/Whirpool and shower area was comfy after a long day in the car.

I wouldn't walk around the bridge/toward the city at night, the area seems a little awkward - as does in all the cities at night off season. But the parking lot is brightly illuminated, so that feels ok.

Price was reasonable and some staffs were friendly and knowledgeable.

I think the hotel is grossly understaffed. the front desk is unmanned most of the time. guests waiting to checkin and/or asking questions have to queue for unnecessarily long time.

Everything was as you would expect for a hotel in this price range. Clean rooms for the most part, and decent priced food in the resteraunt.

The only thing I didn't like was the remote was broken, the bathroom floor was dirty under the counter, and all the outlets were VERY loose couldn't even charge my phone cuz the charger kept falling out. Also the pool was VERY cold but I noticed it was because the sky light was leaking melting snow into the pool.

no complimentary breakfast, the offered option is poor and extra expensive - sorry, here is room for massive improvement: not even an egg was available!

Reservation was for a room for 3 with a king bed and one extra. Extra bed was not ready, then a single sheet and comforter was provided for the queen (?) sized sofa bed. Not what is expected from a Radisson. Position of open sofa is akward can't access one side of king bed without stepping over corner of sofa.

Pool was large.

Windows were dirty so paying extra for river view seemed silly. Keys wuld work once then demagnetise & we have to walk all the way down to front desk. There was a green hard candy left on the counter & crumbs next to the bed.

Rooms were nicer than the hallways, you can tell it was an older hotel that was redone. But the beds were comfortable.

TV was staticky. Even local channels. Room only had decaf coffee. Lame.

The beds were comfortable, sheets, comforters, and pillows clean and soft. Great bathroom mirror! Love the view of the river.

Bathroom toilet water kept running all night, had to close the bathroom door to remove the sound. Telephone in room 305 not working properly, volume extremely low no control of volume will work. Table lamp when off will flash every so often as if it was taking a photo, perhaps a loose wire.
