the room was very nice and clean. the breakfast was so good, and the staff were very nice. it was walking distance to the concert place we had to go to.

I don't like that we have to pay for parking and for the breakfast. especially breakfast should be free or included in the cost of the room. as much as we paid for the room, people shouldn't have to pay for the parking and breakfast. that should be included or free. it's on a very busy street and you have to park on the street to check in then go around the block to park.

The breakfast was really good, as compared with most continental hotel breakfasts, the room and hotel were clean, and the staff very friendly.

I still don't have a final bill. I guess I should call the hotel and get one, but it seems unusual not to receive an email or paper copy. Also, I am so tired of hotels being stingy on towels in the room. The idea that you are saving the planet by trying to force people to reuse towels or cut down on showers is absolutely absurd and amounts to mere virtue-signaling. Just keep the rooms stocked with towels, it's not that hard.

Location was perfect to surrounding businesses & entertainment. Beds are super comfortable & clean. This was my 2nd time choosing the Hyatt because I know I'll get a good night sleep.

Cost to stay was incredibly high for a basic room ($390 +all the extra chrg's) & parking should be included with stay since the garage/hotel is all in one. No need to drive anywhere because the location is within all the entertainments reach by foot.

Being from the 'country', the location was fun and the hotel was clean and comfortable and I loved looking at the view from the 10th floor into the city.

I'm not sure if I didn't realize if I had to do something, but when I went to check in, the doors were locked and I couldn't get in. Others coming out let me in. Maybe if I had known there was a parking garage and came in from that way, but I didn't realize that. Other than that minor detail, it was great!

All the staff were phenomenal. Willing to help and offer suggestions for places to see and go.. the parking was a breeze. The website has informative directions. The parking garage was well marked and I knew how to easily use the in and out privileges. The breakfast was quite plentiful and a great value. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. We would definitely return!!

It's right downtown, the loation is very good. The beds are very comfortable, you really feel this place is fairly new. The breakfast was pretty good as well, with a lot of variety offered, though I wouldn't mind a few more non-sweet options. The clocks next to the beds had USB-slots, which was a life-saver, because I did not have any US-adapters with me and that allowed me to charge my phone anyways.

Downtown has it's cons as well. It tends to get fairly loud on the street at night, expecially on the weekend. Also, 30$/night for parking is kind of a rip off.

The hotel is beautiful and so clean. We were lucky enough to get a corner room and the view was awesome. It was truly a great experience and we would stay again, if prices aren't too high. The included breakfast was also wonderful.

A smart TV in the room to be able to stream Netflix, etc. A couple of bottled waters in the room would have been nice, as well. There was nothing else that I would change.

It was close to everything we needed and short trip to the beach. Very friendly neighborhood. Staff was outstanding!! Couldn’t have been friendlier and more accommodating!

The room we booked was not like pictures, original pictures featured a kitchenette and when we got there pictures were gone and kitchenettes was not advertised on property. There was a mini fridge and no microwave and room did not have a walk in shower as advertised either. The city view was not very pretty either, a lot of parking garages and dirty rooftops but not terrible. Breakfast was out of forks and a lot of food and hour before closed. Fryer was out for restaurant at night as well. Parking was on street for pay per hour or $35 a day at hotel. For price we paid it should be included. Air kicked on and was loud and woke us up several times a night.

Quiet hotel. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was nice. Walk ability was amazing. Close to arena, shopping and dining. Area felt safe and well lit

Only thing I'd "complain" about would be parking fee. $38 when it's a shared parking structure with other businesses. Just down the road it's $20.

This hotel was a perfect location for our event at Van Andel. A quick 8 min walk. It was very clean, staff was great. Our room was very spacious with our two queen beds. The breakfast was very nice and had a lot of choices. Would definitely stay here again.
