Breakfast was very good. Staff was very pleasant and welcoming - many food choices - very neat and clean. Room was excellent - very clean (awesomely clean bathroom), comfortable beds, everything we needed. Good breakfast and pool locations. The pool was also very clean and enjoyed by grandchildren. Affordable option for our family. With everything included we found it to be a good value. We will definitely return if traveling again to Grand Rapids. 😊

We liked everything. Great stay! However, the beds were very comfortable, but we were told they were queen beds, and they seem to be a bit smaller than a typical queen size.

Breakfast was good, location was convenient, staff was friendly, common areas and room was very clean and well maintained.

Made reservation through booking.com, the front desk associate couldn't find my reservation, once I showed her my emails, she looked more into it and found that booking.com had my first and last names switched. Pool was very cold.

I loved that it had a pool, pool looked very clean as well, also had a gym but we didn’t get to try it out, but what we loved as well, was the breakfast that we had in the morning, very delicious!! Will comeback soon and let friends know about this area.

Loved this place very much, the only down part was that there wasn’t any smoking lounge as it seemed like, or maybe I didn’t search good enough and had to smoke in my car at a nearby parking lot.

Breakfast was good. Good selection. Roomy area to move around with other guests. Clean. Overall nice!

The lack of electrical outlets near the beds was a bit difficult. I use a CPAP machine, I had to plug it in across the room and run the cord along the bed on the floor. The top plug was loose, could not use that one for phone charging. The lamps had usb plugs, but our chargers are usb-c. Not a game changer? Just not convenient.

Very clean close proximity to the downtown area especially to the venue that I was in town to visit. Staff was amazing friendly welcoming rooms were exceptionally spacious, clean up-to-date.

I didn’t notice there was a swimming pool did not see a hot tub. That would be nice as well as the rooms you can hear the upstairs people as well as like the hallways may be a little thicker wall installation however, besides that it was amazing.

Very friendly staff and the whole property was super clean. Also the on line communication was great. The staff made sure to put a pack and play in our room before our arrival. Well done!

Not a huge deal but we did hear a dog barking early in the morning. I will say I am a dog lover and I like that you allow pets. Our granddaughter loved seeing the dogs in the lobby!

Large rooms, friendly staff, and the breakfast food was exceptional. Overall very impressed with the facility, would definitely stay there again. I traveled with the pet and the large room size definitely accommodated their space needs.

Everything was perfect. As hotels go, this one was great. Disappointed there wasn't a hot tub but I should've read more reviews before reserving. Otherwise, breakfast was wonderful, rooms are clean and smelled great, easy to get to, pool was fun for the kids.

Only 1 thing, the cover on our door key lock was broken and taped back on. It stilled worked but seemed concerning.

Location Was Perfect... LOTS of Stores & Restaurants Surrounding The Hotel. Staff Is Super Friendly! Lots Of Space And The Sitting Area In The Rooms Is Very Nice To Have.

Needs A Lil' Updating. The Elevator Is Scary & Shaky. The Rooms Are Kinds of Grimey (Microwave, TV, Tub, Lamp Shade)
