Pets are welcome, very friendly staff, the coffee/tea station, extremely nice and clean rooms, location - in GR but set apart in a quiet setting of its own, indoor pool available, the rooms are absolutely great!

Honestly, the bedspread was scratchy and very uncomfortable. The shower was only luke warm because of the childproof lock (I am assuming) prevented the ability to move the water to a desired temperature. Also, only 1 shower towel was given, and I had booked the room for 2. The elevator could use an upgrade.

The staff, location, cleanliness and size of the room. We also absolutely love that you are pet friendly. Plenty of plugs for all our phones and iPads. The fact that everything was new was nice.

No microwave, refrigerator mounted to low, chair in the room uncomfortable and the entry doors very noisy. Need to soften the noise when room doors close, this was causing are dogs to bark every time somebody went in or out near us.

The staff, Lori was sooo helpful and friendly. Our key card stopped working at 2am and she was so promt and helpful. Also the hotel was very accommodating to pets we took our 3 year old dalmatian and they had a great area for the dogs to go potty and bags to clean up.

Breakfast could have been better. It was mostly bagels and muffins.

The gentleman at the front desk when I checked in was outstanding!! Other guests were really nice !!

The elevator was scary with the sudden jerks, so I used the stairs. The carpet in the room had rips in it, and furniture had scratches on them. Our room was clean, so a shout out to the ladies that cleaned, they did a great job!! The facility just needs updating!

We loved the breakfast it was amazing. The waffle maker and hot sandwiches were great! The cold cereal and bagels are nice but some people prefer more at breakfast. We also really appreciated the staff and how we were treated. Everyone we encountered was absolutely wonderful. The entire hotel was also extremely clean and nicely kept up. We were impressed.

The only room for improvement we felt was maybe some newer and more comfortable beds perhaps. Also maybe soon redo the carpeting and update the nightstands and entertainment centers because they are dinged up with scratches and wear and tear on them. Nothing to bad but in order to keep things nice you'll want to not let it get bad.

Staff was all very friendly, space was clean and comfortable.

Could use a little TLC and the coffee in the lobby to contain coffee 😂

The staff went above and beyond anything they had to to accommodate for the situation at hand. When I arrived the girl on 2nd shift was so sweet and the third and first shit girls all out rock starts. Thank you guys for everything.

I recently stayed at a VERY expensive, and very well known 5 star golf resort in Florida, and this hotel blew that overrated resort out of the water when it came to cleanliness!!!! This Baymont is literally cleanest Hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! THANK YOU!!!!

we stay here each time we are in the area. good price, nice breakfast. staff is very nice, and it is a decent stay for the money. we are only there to sleep and not to hang out at the hotel so it fits our purpose.

elevator is terrible. beds are very firm, my family liked that, I didn’t. room was clean, but needs to be painted. whole hotel needs a refresh, looks dated.

We loved Laurie, the front desk lady , she is so welcoming and professional and made the check in a smooth sail. This hotel is great, very clean , and serves hot breakfast a total plus . I highly recommend this hotel.
