The Drury is such an unusual place in that it offers a free "dinner" with 3 free alcoholic beverages from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. The night we stayed, the "dinner" included whole baked potatoes, pasta with alfredo sauce, salad, green beans, chicken strips, tortilla chips and queso sauce, and vegetable soup. Free soda and popcorn. Hot dogs! Our room was large and the bathroom modern.

There are not enough Drury"s in the US.

We had forgotten about the dinnertime snacks & drinks. The breakfast was great. It wasn't crowded into a small place. We didn't got to sample the snacks & drinks. Everything was very clean. This was our second stay at the location.

The only thing I think would improve the bathroom is a grab bar on it least one end the tub. You have one on the back wall to help get up from a sitting position. To help elderly guest get in and out of the shower. I know we use ours every time we get in & out of the shower.

This is second time here with my daughter for my annual birthday trip. Great location and rooms. Easy access to freeway and downtown Grand Rapids. We went to Holland also.Staff were wonderful and very friendly. Food was great with full breakfast buffet including fresh pancakes and waffle irons. Happy hour was great..cocktails and buffet included with the room. Also nice bar/restaurant area and vending machines. Enjoyed the hot tub.

Pool area could have been bigger but that was it .

Location close to highway so easy on and off. Greeted warmly, check in was a breeze. Amenities make this the best place we have stayed. We are so glad so many of you recommended it to us. Between the popcorn, soda, coffee, and tea... then the kickback (buffet meal!) with 3 alcoholic drinks or any drinks mentioned already... plus a breakfast. This is by far the best, most inclusive deal around. The hot tub is large. The pool is smaller than we are used to, but is inside and outside so that's fun. We stayed during spring break so this hotel was very full. We were shocked we didn't hear any noises overnight and beds were very comfy. This place is CLEAN. Germaphobe here and our room hit my standards even! Every staff member we encountered was very nice and that alone is worth staying here. We're just a couple with no kids and we saved a ton of money since kickback (dinner) food, drinks, beverages, and breakfast all included. We def see why so many families love this place. Amazing stay!

Nothing. It's amazing. Just a heads up if you have a sensitive stomach though the elevator going down will make stomach drop slightly. But it's also not a dislike for the elevators to go fast because we never felt like we were waiting for one because they are quick.

Clean rooms and hotel, very friendly, and accommodating staff. Free dinner and breakfast buffet including 3 drinks for adults and unlimited non-alcoholic drinks. We were 15 minute late to breakfast, which was totally our mistake misreading the time. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and bring out what was left of the breakfast for us. A big thanks to Michael, Andrew and Kaylee!

Clean, easy to check in and out. All staff was nice and helpful. Room was comfortable and well laid out, pool and hot tub was very nice and well taken care of. Really good breakfast and pretty good dinner.

A little more clear on popcorn and soda in the lobby for later at night. Both staff members were very nice but told us different things. Maybe some more garbage bags in the rooms to help dispose of stuff. (Traveling with a kid in diapers)

This was our 4th time staying at this Drury Inn for our annual Christmas shopping trip. We went the first time on a fluke but return every time now. It is always impeccably clean, beds and pillows comfy, the bathroom is absolutely huge, and we always feel safe here. There are always big groups staying here when we are here but only had a noise problem once and it was taken care of immediately. We have never had the free breakfast, dinner, or evening beverages, but I perused the breakfast area and it looked pretty good. Much better than most hotel breakfast.

We were happy with everything

The location, the room size and comfortable sitting chair w foot stool (I don’t sleep well and could comfortably sit and read until I could sleep again). Showers were nice as well. We used the hot tub after a long day of hiking. It’s in great condition and soothed aching bones. Towels were soft, too. Loved the option for pillows.

Powdered eggs at breakfast.

Clean, friendly. Bonus of breakfast, dinner, and drinks included. The woman who served the drinks was especially kind and funny.

The only thing I would change, add a hand held sprayer in the shower. When I stayed at the Drury in Findlay OH, was surprised by the deluxe walk in shower with 2 over head shower heads and a hand held sprayer. Perfect! Also would like a Drury Inn in the Traverse City, MI area.

It was all good, large rooms with coffee pods in the room. It also included breakfast plus’s a smorgasbord entree dinner which also included 3 alcoholic drinks if you wanted.

Couldn’t complain about anything if I had to say something that I didn’t like no kettle in the room, but it was available down the meals area 24/7 for tea and Coffee.
