Location. Close by home: power was out.

Pool is very small: no hot tub. Understaffed: picked room bc had sofa bed (not really sofa bed: just couch u can sleep on: no bed in it) no linens. Asked for linens and hung up on. Went down to front desk: sign says person is put helping someone: waited 10 min: saw no one. Went back to room. Called again: answered: told me I had to come down to front desk to get linens (no staff) came down 2nd time: only 1/2 linens in the bag and no pillow. I don’t know if I will stay again

Limited food, nothing walkable, I thought the listing said there were restaurants very close which I thought meant I could walk to.

We had an excellent stay at this Springhill Suites. The employees we interacted with were professional and very helpful. I would especially like to commend Jayla (early morning desk clerk). She was very helpful and pleasant as we were trying to make an early morning flight.

Breakfast was ok. The facilities were clean. Staff was excellent to work with and accommodated our needs.

In one of our rooms, there were nerds in the couch and on the floor. There was not any bedding in either room for couch trundle beds.

I booked for my college age kids weekend away. The hotel allowed me to pay, leave the credit card on file, so they they didn't have to worry about anything. It was a very smooth stay.

It was typical, no complaints but nothing to write home about. The "older" lady servicing the breakfast area was very nice and pleasant.

The ice machines on the 2nd and 3rd floor were no operational....no ice available at 4 in the afternoon. I also would like lids for coffee cups in room

The breakfast was good. Nice to have hot eggs and sausage. My son would've like a waffle maker instead of frozen but he enjoyed it too staff was friendly. Room was neat and clean.

There was a smell in the hallways but signs were all over that carpet cleaners were coming. Hard to use tv. Maybe a battery issue in remote.

It has a Whirlpool. Different, but neat. Was looking forward to a soak in a hot tub though 😏

my window was rotted, and the parking lot was poorly lite and signage made it hard to find even with my gps.

The staff was friendly. They were able to accommodate an early check-in.

The pool wasn't clean. The water was weirdly salty.
