This was my first time visiting the Grand Rapids area. I stayed here for 3 nights while using up vacation time from work and for my birthday. This Rodeway Inn was quiet - no voices or barking dogs or music. I like that the room had a miniature refrigerator. The room smelled fine, the guy at the desk was pleasant, this place was clean and did the job quite fine.

Maybe this Rodeway Inn was in an out of the way location but I wasn't going to pay more for a hi class place near the middle of Grand Rapids. Also there was a more than faint din of traffic noise but it wasn't a deal breaking problem.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, aircon blows ice cold, bathroom was clean, cable TV had lots of channels, large mini fridge with lots of space. Very quiet location despite being next to a busy road. Somewhat basic rooms with the bare necessities and then some(fridge, microwave, cable tv) but was more than acceptable for a weeklong stay.

Housekeeping does not go through the rooms very often to replace towels and washcloths, toiletries, or make beds. Dirty towels have to be handed in within a certain time frame to be exchanged for clean ones.

Clean room and bathroom. Beds clean and comfy.loved that I could open my room window. Basic room.

Walls are thin. You can hear people in the hallway. I’m a heavy sleeper so it wasn’t an issue. Toliet didn’t flush all that great

It was a quiet comfortable room to rest and sleep. It was clean and the staff was lovely.

Bathtub drain was very slow and the outlets were loose. Could have used more pillows.

Staff was very nice. The location is great. Price was unbeatable.

There was mold in the shower's ceiling. Remote control for the TV was dirty. AC was an older unit and it turned on and off too frequently.

The staff was super nice, and helped accommodate every thing I asked... Most definitely would recommend..

Great value — the price for the room was very reasonable.

Nothing was too bad… there weren’t many amenities, but you’re not buying staying there.

Forgot to get 50$ security deposit back

My room was equip with a Microwave/Refrigerator, Large Bed, Big Screen T.V., Air-Conditioner, Large Shower and Plenty of Space Table/Desk for Sitting and/or Writing Plus very Quiet & Safe Atmosphere.

NO COMPLAINTS!!!

didn’t like being asked for a $50.00 security deposit and am hoping that it is refunded.
