We extended to 3 nights. Staff are excellent: they take care of things quickly. The size of the room is great. It is up to date/recently renovated, clean, and full featured. The grounds are attractive and our room surprisingly had a beautiful view. Breakfast is full of variety, served in a comfortable and attractive public area, and is fantastic! EV charger (Chargepoint) was installed the night before we left and should be functioning now.

There were occasional thuds from feet in the room above us. Perhaps put early arrivals in the upper rooms so late arrivals won't disturb them? There was not an EV charger as listed when we arrived (it was installed the day we left) but there were chargers nearby. This isn't their issue but do not trust GPS in finding the place! It kept sending us to the alley behind the nearby Target.

Everything was clean and functional. The bathroom sink, toilet, and shower were all very good and clean. Room temp control was good. The overall appearance and functionality of everything exceeded my expectations. Nice size rooms.

Location is a bit off the beaten path and was difficult to find. Be nice to have the TV on a swivel so one could watch TV from the bed. As it is, the best viewing is from the couch.

I stayed here many years ago and since then the place has been renovated. The renovations are very nice. I like the special touches about the built-in night light in the bathroom and the lighting under the main door. Lobby and working area for computers was very nice.

There was a newer employee that had been working only 2 months at the hotel that was very helpful however I think it was one of the managers that had a poor attitude. We asked for late checkout and she was very difficult to work with.

I was amazed at the response that I had from Jen. I think this reservation was made and canceled two or three times and she had given me the best advice. She was absolutely amazing. Sadly I do not remember the name of the lady that greeted me when I got there, but she was also very helpful. We had a room that would sleep up to six but did not have adequate linen (for the hide a bed) or towels. And she was great at making sure that everything was taken care of. The breakfast was also good. I have dietary restrictions and was able to enjoy the oatmeal. But the waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy we're definitely enjoyed by the rest of our guests. This would be a great place to stay if you have a stop over in Grand rapids

Sadly, we stayed there last year and we were really looking forward to the hot tub. And we anxiously prepared to go in the hot tub and we're very sad to find out that it was no longer in operation. I did speak to Jen the next day about it and she reassured me it was no longer on the website . Truthfully, had we known that in advance we may have gone elsewhere. She reassured me that they will be renovating it soon and may have a different hot tub

The price was great, location was near the hospital (Blodgett), and the cleanliness was excellent. All items in the room were there and in working order and the beds were comfortable. The room was quiet. We will come again.

The location was excellent due to all the stores/restaurants on 28th street, as well as the quietness and pond in the back. The hotel was very clean and staff was very kind and accommodating.

Online the pictures reflected a jacuzzi in the pool room, however upon arrival there was no jacuzzi.

Clean, modern finishes, daily room service, decent workout facilities.

Breakfast was a little bland with overcooked eggs and no extras for yogurt. Water cooler was empty in gym both days.

Beautiful room , smell clean , looks very clean, amazing breakfast, very peaceful environment, nice decorations, staff very friendly 👌, check out at noon that's nice .

The shower is really great. The staff was really nice. The room had a couch and a desk so I wasn't on the bed the whole time

The location is kind of odd, but I'm not familiar with the area and GPS didn't have a problem finding it. It's a little pricey and the more upscale amenities are wasted on me, I just don't use them

The stay was amazing and very clean and the staff was awesome!

The pool floor is too slick when wet and my daughter fell and she was walking carefully.
