We enjoy the suite layout at this hotel. The kitchenette provides a fridge and a microwave, handy for storing cooler contents and reheating leftovers. I appreciated the sofa where I could put my feet up in the evening. The king-size bed was comfortable. The receptionist was helpful when I needed to place a local call. The breakfast was the usual - I always like the bagels, yogurt, and fruit.

I question the new policy of not allowing breakfast food to be taken out of the breakfast area, especially since the breakfast ends at 9:00, two hours before checkout. In the past we usually grabbed breakfast to take back to our room, where we could eat at our leisure instead of in a crowded breakfast room. I really missed having that option.

I love the property it’s very beautiful and clean. It’s fancy! Definitely worth coming back, breakfast was amazing it all makes sense. I love my room it felt like home:)

The only thing that stood out was how it was $15 to do an early check in , some hotels don’t charge for an early check in , but It’s understandable, they are making money so that’s good and overall my experience at the hotel was great!

Drawing a bath is always my first priority when staying in a room. Awesome bathroom. I like that there's only one entrance. Made me more comfortable than most places.

For reasons I can't fathom, my debit card didn't work at the property. I had someone else help me get through that process, but it was weird. I could and DID make purchases at places nearby, so I don't understand.

It’s really hard to believe that this is an Econolodge! The entire place was clean and spotless. We received a free room upgrade from Booking.com to a king suite, and it was pretty impressive with a separate sitting area from the bedroom. The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated the in room coffee. There were waffles for breakfast along with bagels, toast and hard boiled eggs. It’s a good location, quiet but close to restaurants and gas stations.

It was all good.

This was booked for an overnight to the GRR airport. It certainly served the purpose. Hotel is dated and needs to be updated. Linen was clean and room was clean. Otherwise it is fine for an overnight prior to a flight.

Paid for shuttle to the airport.

Neat, economical. Nice continental breakfast plus waffle maker included. Nice big room with sitting area and desk separated from bedroom by bathroom and sink area with coffee maker and fridge. Very functional and pleasant. Nice staff. Well stocked and not over-priced vending machine. Very accessible to 28th Street and restaurants an easy walk. Quick drive to and from airport.

I originally booked because Booking.com indicated an airport shuttle available for $15. When I called to ask about the shuttle, I was told my reservation did not include it and I would have to Uber or taxi.

The size of the rooms were nice. We had a king suite. The bed was super comfy. The ac was cold and water in the shower was HOT and stayed HOT.

We had to change rooms because the first room the ac was so loud and just banged and rattled. But they transfered us to a new room without any issues.

Bathroom in room could.use renovating. The tub was very chipped.

Kindness and understanding of management, my car broke down and they helped me to be able to have somewhere to fix it.

There was not anything wrong or that I didn't like, besides the fact of being stranded a moment.

The desk person picked us up at the airport just as he said he would. It was after 2 am. Nice guy, and we were very grateful for him.

Nothing... but the pillows are not my fav.
