When checking in, the front desk attendant was polite, helpful, and had a very positive attitude. Made checking in great. The room was pretty good, not sure why the kitchen was larger than the bedroom area but great room.

The attendant Saturday night and Sunday morning was RUDE AND TERRIBLE!!!!! She was so bad that I can't even go into detail. The television was extremely outdated, lost signal several times, those are the only two factors.

Affordable, clean, very friendly staff. Comfortable.

Needed a shower liner and they should replace carpet in hallways and paint in hallways. Also should get Keurigs in rooms. A few changes and they would move up from two star hotel. Also the drive in had potholes but not in their parking lot.

Good sized room, good clean bathroom. Kitchen area very useful as there is a supermarket next door. Staff very helpful

Uber did not want to come to hotel but pick you up on the main road. Better to call from Supermarket main door using their free WiFi and they will come to the door.

Stayed for 17 days in total, staff was great as we needed to keep extending our stay due to project delays . My wife and I always try to stay at the Candlewood as we spend most of our time on the road. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, we love having the kitchenette and full size refrigerator. The shower was great, hot water and good pressure. Wifi was excellent and easy to connect to. Would stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Hallway on the first floor towards one room smelled like cigarettes. There should be a sign by the elevator stating the gym is on the second floor.

Clean and convenient.

Wish they’d told us that we had to notify them in advance to take the airport shuttle. Had to pay $20 for a Lyft because we couldn’t wait an hour for it to show up.

I like that the staff was nice. They went over everything. The room was so clean. I asked the front desk staff if we could come early, and they said yes and had our room ready for us right when we got there.

Shuttle to airport ended at midnight even though we confirmed ahead of time. Plane was 15 min late so I had to call an uber. Also no continental breakfast

The fact that the room across the hall from me door was open ALL night and through some of the morning. This appeared to be very strange to say the least. The alarm from the room was so loud that it woke us up the next day. I did let the front desk know about this upon my departure.
