The rooms were spatious and clean. The rooms had a couch and a desk separated from the beds by a curtain, and beds were spaced apart well. Furnature was comfortable. Rooms had a mini kitchenette, including dishes, a fridge, and a microwave in the room. There also was ample plugs and charging ports for electronics. They also had a continential breakfast. Staff were courteous and helpful. Parking was plentiful. Also, the overall decor of the hotel and building was sleek and modern and seemed to be well maintained. The hotel also has a fitness center and indoor pool available to guests.

The breakfast was mediocre at best. While some of the items were ok and there were hot items, the eggs and sausage was basically microwaved frozen jimmy deans food. Traditional breakfast items would be a major improvement. Also, in the room, the toilet seat was broken. Also, the staff don't do daily housekeeping. When I asked if they could clean my room, the front desk said she would have my room cleaned. However, when I returned, the room wasn't clean, and the attendant said they don't do daily housekeeping due to staffing issues.

Everything was great except for the very rude front desk clerk on Thursday night. We asked for fresh towels for the morning and were rudely told you only do that every other day. That was our third day... He did get us towels but sort of threw them at us and said here take these. Again, very rude!! Everything and everyone else was great.

Great room! Wonderful lighting in the bathroom. Really good water pressure in the shower. LOVED all the soaps, lotions, and hair products provided! Ease of more than 1 female getting ready with hair, etc due electrical availability at the full length mirror in the room. Perfect little night light at the desk area.

Breakfast was excellent, with great coffee, a fine selection of food items, and a spacious dining area. Staff was most helpful and the other people were polite and considerate.

The bed was a bit more firm than we were used to, and took a bit to get used to, but was comfortable during our stay.

Breakfast was basic … the waffles & coffee were the best part … small pool but the kids enjoyed it … staff was super!

Shower! The water pressure was almost non existent.

The management team was superb, my son is in wheelchair and they made sure our accommodation was wheelchair accessible
