The guest suite with kitchenette was ideal for our group of 4 adults and a baby. The man at the desk (Viktor) was unflappable while dealing with a difficult guest checking in before me and extremely apologetic that the situation caused a delay in my check-in process.

There needed to be a larger trashcan in the kitchenette area. The toilet paper holder is placed in an awkward spot, causing you to knock the roll off when you sit on the toilet. We needed to ask to get more than two towels. When having a group of this size, it would have been nice to have some sort of dressing area so the bathroom wasn't tied up with people changing clothes. There were MANY people in the parking lot smoking weed both nights, which lingered on our clothes as we came and went.

Property: - From the reviews I was really worried that it would be gross, but the room was clean and felt very nice. - The hottub was broke, same with the water slide. We weren’t trying to use them anyways, but would be nice. Location: - Pretty ghetto area with trash on every block. However, it was very close to a movie theater and mall to kill time a day before a flight! Staff: - Got double charged by the day staff, seemed like he hated his job and didn’t even want to do the basic tasks because you were taking time away from him bullsh***ing with his buddy. - Evening/Night staff were very helpful and helped me fix the charge. Shuttle: - Super convenient! Again though we got the run around by the guy at the desk saying we can only pick every half hour, but the shuttle guy said it was fine to do a 1/4 before. Super annoying to deal with and pointless to even have an issue with it, the shuttle driver was just sitting at the bar waiting anyways. Overall: Room was 8/10, Staff 5/10

Staff… don’t take the job if you can’t even be personable.

It was wonderful. Was nervous about staying here with some of the reviews, but the room was clean and perfect size for the 4 adults and baby we had. The staff was very accommodating, if we asked for something we got it. Pool and hot tub were very nice just wish the pool was a couple feet deeper and that the water slide wasn't permanently closed as we were excited to try it. But other than that our stay was wonderful and I don't think any of us had any real complaints.

The price was great for the location! It was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping came thru in the evening. Thank God, because the morning housekeeper sucked!

I have a 2 year old that peed the bed, so I stripped the bed and asked the morning housekeeper to just put clean bedding in my room, I'd make the bed myself. I also asked for toilet paper and clean towels. She said ok, but didn't do anything , I asked.

I liked that they made an allowance for my request not to be next to other people.

You pay enough for a room, maybe add a free bagel station. It doesn't have to be a full continental breakfast, but after a night of -cough- "cardio" a couple of guys are hungry and something to tide your guests over without having to overpay at the in hotel restaurant would be nice. Adding in that kind of thing shows the place has the money to afford it. Especially after the place changing hands, it would be a good look.

We liked the on-site parking for $10/day for the airport (GRR). It was very convenient and a quick trip on the shuttle bus. We called the shuttle bus when we landed and they were waiting for us when we walked out the door. Amil was a great driver getting us back to the car, which was conveniently parked under a light post in the well lit parking lot and there were no concerns for our car for the week that we were gone. Would definitely stay again.

The shower and the pool

Site had discrepancies where check-in was at 4 o’clock and checkout was at 12 but at the hotel check-in was at 3 o’clock and checkout was at 11 so even though I booked for 4 PM to 12 the front desk wanted me out before 12 even though the website third-party said 12

Victor at the front desk is phenomenal!! so attentive, very informative, the pool has a water slide, its pet friendly, and the showers!! fantastic! I’m home and I miss the shower

Beautiful, updated hotel. Friendly staff.

This hotel is pet friendly so there was occasional pet odor. Also, some cigarette odor in the halls. We picked a non-smoking room but could still smell it in the halls.

I like the location. Makes it convenient for shopping and eating out. Everything is close by.

The coffee station was mostly closed.
