Nice room and facilities.

The toilet sits extremely very low.. no bar to assist in getting up. The breakfast bar was low supplied and out of food and it was cold. There is a need for 2 more waffle machines as that seemed to be a favorite of clients. I asked to have reservations for the coming year.. seemed to be a difficult task to complete. Reservation not made. Asked for contact.. I was given a number but not a direct line. They could not make reservations either. ODD!

The suite which included a separate living room, the pool, jacuzzi, and breakfast.

I did NOT like how the air conditioning blew so hard out of the register onto me while I laid in bed. The air was so aggressive and cold that I wanted to sleep with the blankets over my head. There needs to be a way to turn the register closed to preferred preference. That was terrible! But it was too hot to turn the air off entirely.

Beautiful courtyard and pool

Little outdated on some things like carpet and whatnot. Oh and the elevator wasn't working right before we left so we had to carry some stuff down the stairs but hopefully they fix it up

Our suite was perfect. I liked the privacy door between the bedroom and living space

Hallways were dirty Needed to be vacuumed and there were pieces of blue tape randomly on the walls.

The front desk staff was great (MJ). The room was clean and well stocked with items needed for my stay. Everything was close as in restaurants and shopping. Had a great breakfast selection.

Only thing that I did not like the next day was called stating my credit card on file somehow got erased and needed information again. Which I did not give and felt kind of odd to me.

Spacious, well laid out rooms. Kitchenette. Comfortable king bed.

BBQ did not have propane. The jets in the hot tub in the pool area were not working.

Very nice place to stay and my dog 🐕 also loved it The laundry mate was a plus at no extra cost Gym was nice and so was the outdoor pool and area

Payment system should have flexibility for customers to pay for full stay up front rather than have their cards authorized and charged at intervals.

Employees were pleasant. The morning breakfast had healthy choices. Room was clean. Exercise room was exceptional.

the 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms was perfect and very comfortable for a group of girls celebrating. it is a short drive or Uber ride from downtown Grand Rapids, many stores and restaurants are just a couple minutes away. it is a beautiful hotel. the pool looked beautiful, I’m sad we didn’t have time to use it!
