Very friendly staff, clean room and the hallways smelled really good too. The location was awesome since I was here to see a concert downtown and it was only a 15 minute drive.

The refrigerator wasn’t working properly, but when I told the staff member he was really reassuring that he’d have it looked at. The shower head was awesome pressure but definitely had some water staining which is expected but still kind of gross.

They charge you 15.00 per person to eat breakfast at this "buffet" plus tip. We were the only ppl down there eating, and now I know why. It was less then ok. They need better breakfast choice's, and don't advertise it as a buffet. Because it's NOT a buffet. Everything else at the hotel was wonderful!!

Everything was very nice. The room was clean, sheets were very nice, and the restroom was laid out well and clean. The staff were very professional, and breakfast was good. The host was conversational and very kind. I would recommend staying there to my friends and family.

The AC was rattling while it was running. The blinds didn't work correctly. You would pull them down to release quickly, so they snapped up, but they wouldn't snap up. However, the overall stay was outstanding! Anything I found to be an annoying, was very minor.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Our room was 223. It was (possibly) on an addition to the hotel. It had a big dip or depression just inside the door. It was quite annoying.

The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The rooms looked and felt clean and comfortable. The location made us feel safe to walk to our car if needed at night. As big coffee drinkers, we also enjoyed the Kerig in the room.

We were kinda bummed because we discovered that they no longer had a hot tub. Also had some very loud neighbors who must have been nocturnal, but obviously that’s not something the hotel can control.

Clean room and bathroom. Love bathroom amenities such as the dove body wash, soap, and lotion especially since I forgot to pack those items. The breakfast egg and spinach tortilla wrap and potatoes were excellent.

Close to the airport, good size rooms, VERY CLEAN.

The pool was closed for no specific reason and was one of the reasons I booked it. Also I would have liked a few more towels.

I loved that the property had a restaurant and a bar at the hotel and the food was amazing for dinner and breakfast! And the bartender that night and the waitress was very accommodating!

The bar manager ( Amber) not only served the bar customers, she also handled the preparation and serving of the food for all the customers. Great job.

So many things to do around the area. Loved the bartender Kim!

The 1st floor rooms smelled of animal urine. Come to find out that's where the animals were allowed. Was quick to move my parents to the 2nd floor..very nice of them.
