I like the security that it has. I liked that only guests can get in the hotel rooms. The laundry room is very clean and accesible. Front desk has good service

The only thing is that we could hear all the conversations next door. When we were resting at the evening, we could hear all the conversation our neighboors had maybe when they were resting in their beds like us. My recomendation would be try to reorder the rooms that the beds don't be head to head between the rooms that to have privacy. Besides that everything else was very nice.

The bathtub was very clean. The room was well maintained and the bed was comfortable. The window opened!! Staff was helpful and recommended local businesses. Renting the dishes, kitchen items, etc was very helpful.

Wish the front desk was staffed for longer hours. The laundry room was out of order for entire day when I needed it. No recycling on the property. Internet was very slow. Linens and towels were only washed and replaced every 2 weeks, also that is when they swept and mopped floors.

Comfortable room, very clean, room had small kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. The location was perfect for our needs! Value for the money is crazy good. The front desk staff was very nice and were kind enough to let us check in early. The only caveat is that this is an extended stay hotel, which can sometimes bring in less ritzy guests. We didn't encounter anything negative in that regard here. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place, I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is spotless - beds are extremely comfy and the size of the room is quite big - 2 queen beds, pillows, blankets, sheets with high quality.

I did not get the information within the reservation that there is no counter service for the check-in opened after 5:PM... you have to give a call to someone that has to come downstairs and do the paperwork for your check in... we arrived at 7:00 PM - which was no big deal but I cannot imagine having to call someone in the middle of the night. Perhaps the hotel should be more clear about that or let available a QR code and a key box for a late check-in.

I liked the proximity to the city, so that we could get to wherever we were going pretty quickly. I also liked that the room was clean and I felt like it was put together nicely for our stay. It was overall a good stay!

When we got there, nobody was around for check in. I used the phone to call them, but it took 10 minutes for someone to get to us. Once he arrived he didn't seem apologetic at all for making us wait so long, so that was frustrating.

Fantastic staff, clean, off the busy road, but still very close to everything!

I appreciate the hard floors vs carpeting and the bed linens were VERY clean white. I also appreciate that the exterior doors were all locked at night.

We arrived at 11:15 and Booking.com had notified the property manager we’d check in at 11- as we were in town for a concert. We had to call on the phone to get someone to come let us in and waited for over ten minutes. Then he wasn’t the most welcoming at first, but left an overall decent impression by the time we walked away from the counter. The bathroom in our room was mostly very clean but there was a little hair in the bathtub. There were almost zero amenities unless you include a tiny bar of soap and a tiny bottle of shampoo. Our neighbors were INCREDIBLY loud until 1am. There were probably 3 or 4 men partying with very loud music, and they were all yelling to each other the whole time.

Location was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Both rooms suppoed to have dishwasher and dishes. Arrived and only one room had this, and there were only two sets of dishes for four people. This also meant our rooms were on different floors. No breakfast.

I liked the friendly staff and cleanliness.

The mattress was very uncomfortable, and I did not sleep well. Also, when booking on Booking.com, the option of a king size bed or two queens were given, based on availability. The room assigned had one queen bed.

The rooms are nicely spacious, clean and new. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Great value for the price, I’d definitely stay again when I’m back in the area. 10/10 recommend.

The only thing I can say I didn’t love is that you have to pay a fee to get fresh towels.
