This was my second stay at the hotel, only for a couple nights. The location is convenient to I-96 & public transit, the staff is very friendly, & the rooms are generally clean & comfortable.

For some reason, I ended up getting an unrefurbished room that seemed to be stuck in time - with outdated lighting fixtures. The toilet also rocked a bit when I used it. I addressed this with the staff member at the front desk when I checked out & he was very kind in telling me that it was one of the final rooms set to be renovated, so I was content with that. I also addressed to the staff that the night before I checked out, I found bugs in the microwave. I don't know where they came from, but I did not want there to be a situation where another guest found bugs in the room either.

Location in proximity to downtown Grand Rapids and area attractions, good value/price, comfortable rooms & beds, friendly staff.

Overall cleanliness of the bathroom (toilet/shower area) could have been better.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I like the location. It’s in a great area conveniently by a lot of things.

It looks kind of ghetto outside. In the parking lot a cars window is smashed.

Free coffee. Close to express way and shared driveway with Taco Bell

Room was clean, nice quick and fluid check in and out

There was a random tweaker in the parking lot yelling about something. Not too worried tho, not the motels fault for that

The walk to the end of a corridor that smelled like cigarettes the entire night/day when it is supposed to be a non smoking facility
