Location in proximity to downtown Grand Rapids and area attractions, good value/price, comfortable rooms & beds, friendly staff.

Overall cleanliness of the bathroom (toilet/shower area) could have been better.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The bathroom was a little outdated and could have been a bit cleaner. The staff was excellent!
