I loved the view out the window looking toward the river! Our hotel room was super clean with beautiful and thoughtfully updated touches! Eating at Margaux was a treat too with its wonderful staff and food. We had a large table on for brunch on a Friday and our server was very attentive. We don’t visit Grand Rapids very often but if we did we’d definitely stay at this hotel again.

Wonderful stay. Wonderful views. We went to celebrate our honeymoon and got champagne, truffles, vale, and breakfast on the house. They have created a luxury environment, so guests feel the staff really cares about us and our experience. I would love to come back. Top-notch

I didn't get the corner suite I asked for. Their main restaurant, Margaux, is regularly busy, so even if you are staying at the hotel, you will need to make reservations to confirm availability. When I got my massage at seraphina the service was great as well as the facilities but I was never able to review and add tip by myself, I was asked instead, I felt I was put on the spot unfortunately.

I had trouble checking in, The young man kept running my Dedit card until it locked, I had already been there a couple days before checking on my reservation, all was good, Until I checked in. I asked to speak with a manager she gave me such a hard time the only thing she kept saying was my card did not go threw I was trying to inform her the only reason it didn't go threw because the guy who checked me in ran my credit card multiple times, I had to call my bank to have have my card unlocked, which they Did it was my daughter's Birthday it was suppose to be a special occasion, we never had been there before,

However It was a Beautiful young sweet lady I forget her name.who was very polite and she took care of me and my daughter I appreciate her so much I called her my angel 😇 she had the perfect attitude and she was concerned about the situation and she showed a lot of compassion which I appreciate her for that, I will give her A 10 And beyond for helping with the situation, That Manger seems to me to be a bit prejudice against black people she was horrible

The views were excellent from the 22nd floor and we loved getting to see the city.

The cost was double what it was a few years ago when we stayed there last but nothing had changed or been upgraded in the rooms. The hairdryer was old and barely worked. The makeup mirror light didn’t work. The toiletries were in large bottles with stickers sealed to make it clear they couldn’t be removed. The breakfast brunch we prepaid for was really good but also a lot less selection than last time and didn’t include any beverages at all. We ordered 1 coffee, 1 cappuccino & 1 orange juice and had to pay $22 for that on top of the $50 for the buffet when it used to include a drink.

I was charged twice for my parking. I used a different card at the exit. But was also charged on my card I held the room with for parking. I then attempted to fill this out online but it wasn’t working at the time.

Views were amazing and executive lounge was great and gave us free mimosas morning after our wedding

It looked like the bathroom was used after it was cleaned so there was waste in toilet. The shower also smelled unpleasant when we initially opened it

Being by the GR river... having a room with a view of the water.... the pleasant attendants of the valet service... reception staff ... early check-in ...( no waiting around) 🤗🤗🤗

The hotel facilities are new and rooms are big and clean. All the staff there are very friendly and helpful. I also like the pool area, spacious and clean. I didn’t get to try the restaurant there but will visit next time.

Well I forgot my swimsuit it would have been nice to have some clothing shop on site ! And maybe a little bigger room service menu!

Modern but not overwhelming. Awesome customer service . The breakfast I purchased was the best food ever. We went early at 7:00am. The egg frittata was so good. It melted in my mouth. Best breakfast I have had in a long time. Everything was fresh and delicious.

Bat and restaurant close to early. Room service overpriced for mediocre meal.
