It was nice and clean everything you would expect from a quality place to stay. The staff was fantastic and did everything they could to make you feel at home and not just book you through as you were just a quick buck. Polite courteous and clean.

The only thing "bad" is the annoyance of hearing people in the hall ways or doors slamming. This isn't really a bad thing, as it is an inconvenience thats expected when staying anywhere. I haven't ever stayed anywhere that I didnt hear others or cars. People complain about the car noise from the highway thats pretty close... that was the only thing that kept me sleeping I need a consistent hum of noise whether that be a fan or music to sleep good.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and maintained. Room was great. It was clean and had all of the things it was supposed to. Hot tub was phenomenal. We didn't get in the pool but it was clean.

If I had to complain about anything, it would be the breakfast. There was some confusion about the voucher for breakfast. I thought I had ordered a room with breakfast. Apparently, I did not. I'm sure it was my error. The food was not good. I had biscuits and gravy. It was terrible. My partner had eggs, bacon and breakfast potatoes. The potatoes were not cooked all the way.

Clean and up to date decor. Staff was super friendly and efficient. Parking was free and ample. Happy to see Dove lotions, soaps and shampoos. Also, loved that you supply a brown washcloth for make-up. Super comfy pillows and bed. Great night sleep.

We had the king room with a city view which was okay enough. Sadly, the bathroom/shower room is way too small and lacking anywhere to hang clothing/robe while showering. Also, no matter what we did with the curtain water got onto the floor in the front and back which could be dangerous for some.

Room was clean and the hotel staff are friendly. The restaurant staff were responsive and the food was good, we enjoyed our meals. We went to use the pool in the morning and it was closed, a hotel guest broke a glass in the pool area, despite the clear signs that stated “No Glass In The Pool Area”. We went for a walk and when we came back the maintenance staff checked and cleared the pool for use. We enjoyed a nice swim before heading home.

The hotel advertised free parking, which is a nice value, but the breakfast wasn’t. Usually hotels at this level include breakfast. Also, the AC unit in our room was loud, had to turn it off in order to sleep.

location was great right next to van andle where our concert was, they has transportation to get there and back which was awesome. staff was incredible the food was amazing, the staff were amazing, friendly, inviting, knowledgeable and helpful!

the down stairs mostly has this strange play-doh like smell to it is the best way I could describe it, its not entirely play-doh its like an "aftertaste" but for smells so like an "after smell"? lol

Room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The room had a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. Wish had more time to use the pool but was in walking distance to the arena and would stay again and no fee to park!

Bathroom was incredibly small for the room to where the foor almost touched the toilet. Wish it was a little bigger for a deeper bathtub but not a deal breaker. They also charge $10 per person for breakfast if interested.

The shuttle to the arena was convenient. The staff was accommodating after the show ended at midnight and people trickled in until after 1am. I love the late checkout because we stayed out late. And breakfast was cooked to order. Your staff was fun too! They highfived after getting the concert crowd all checked in. Which is usually something that the hotels struggle with, a lobby full of goats all bottlenecked and in a hurry! Especially when they still had to get ready for Halloween or BILLYWEEN!

One bartender was pretty slow, the other was pretty cranky. But it didn't impact the stay.

The restaurant in the hotel was very tasty and well priced. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Check in and out was super easy. Location was great.

The hot tub was a little dirty but as expected with a hotel hot tub.

The staff were all very nice and courteous. The beds were very comfy. The hotel was very quiet. Would recommend all to stay there. Within walking distance to Devos Convention center for my daughters state cheer competition.

The restaurant in the hotel was very understaffed! The food was amazing but the waitress seemed overwhelmed. My family felt very bad for her. Left her a "very nice tip."

Everything except the price. The location was perfection as were the staff, and highly convenient. As in most US hotels the room was more than adequate and the bedding extremely comfortable. So, by and large was the food,with a few exceptions and the bar was fine. The quibbles below should not put you off and if you get a good deal, it will be worth it.

The sad fact is that US hotels are now very uncompetitive versus European hotels of the same standard. One other small irritant please produce bacon correctly, ie unburnt without fat!! and if you produce oatmeal/porridge please do not drown it in water.
