What a comfortable, clean, modern and warm place to stay! The front desk staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The hotel itself was within walking distance to so many restaurants and bars and boutique shops. Grand Rapids is such a charming and safe city, we loved that we were able to park for the weekend, and walk everywhere. Coming back to an amazing shower and a comfortable bed in the evening made it even better!

The only ice machines are on the third floor. And while there are water dispensers on each floor, they were a trek from our room. It’s fine!

This was the first hotel I have stayed in where I walked in and immediately felt comfortable. I actually slept in this hotel room and felt at home. It felt more like a cool bedroom suite not a "hotel" room which are all pretty typically the same. I can never get comfortable, but this time I felt at home and at ease. The bedding was different than other hotels too and I didn't feel like I needed to take the blankets off before sleeping. I just got cozy. Also loved the little added touch of the personalized welcome on the TV screen upon entering! Made us feel special!

My only "negative" would be that the parking seems connected to the building but we did walk around quite a bit before finding it's not connected and we had to go out in the rain and walk around the block to get in the hotel. It seemed hard for us to figure out where to go to get from parking to the hotel entrance. That was my only issue.

I can’t say enough how wonderful my stay was- it is beautiful, chic, convenient and the coolest hotel I’ve stayed in! Wow! The young lady who checked me in was so sweet, professional, and helpful. The hotel is located near a garage that I felt safe to leave my car, and walkable to several places to eat and drink. The room was adorable, comfortable, and so modern!

That I couldn’t stay longer- this place is amazing!

The decorations in the room were modern and a little bit trendy! It makes for a unique hotel experience, and it was absolutely our favorite part of the room. I can recommend the hotel on this fact alone. The room was clean and had everything we need, including fresh towels, etc

There were lots of lights switches the, and all of them were controlled by a master light switch which we had to figure out. Also, the shower layout was such that you could not adjust the temperature of the water before you got in completely. It made for a harrowing and messy experience.

The hotel was clean and beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic - just a block from the arena where we saw a concert.

There was nothing I had a problem with. Things were expensive, but worth it for the convenience of a short walk to and from the event we were attending. The bed wasn’t the best hotel bed I’ve been in but wasn’t bad.

The location was right next to Van Andel Arena, and surrounded by very cool bars all within walking distance.

The parking. The parking structure is behind the hotel. There is no easy way to walk from the parking lot with all your belongings into the back of the hotel, you have to walk all the way around to the front door. So if it’s raining or snowing, it’s not easy.

Beautiful hotel. Great location for everything and perfect to walk from any concert venue. Room was beautiful and quiet. Felt at home as soon as I walked in. Shower, private bathroom and bedroom were designed with privacy in mind.

For the price a discount would be a fabulous addition to the restaurant inside the venue.

Great room, great views, great parking,right next to Vandal and the Intersection for concerts and events. Great time.

The filtered water was meh. A Brita filter in the room would taste better and be more convenient. Bring bottles of water it's just better

the shower faucet was awkward and a bit hard to get use to - paired with the hot water temp was super hot (like really)- which is great- except when trying to figure out faucet situation, it could be very easily possible for someone to burn themselves.

As a frequent traveler I want to say that Nayah at the front desk did an exceptional job. She was extremely courteous and very pleasant. We were very pleased with her and how she went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.
