The breakfast was awesome especially the breakfast burrito and the waffles. The attendant of the breakfast bar was very friendly and kind. The rooms are very spacious and clean for the price. My husband and I will be back because of the attendant at the breakfast bar and just quality of the hotel itself. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a clean hotel stay and a complimentary breakfast that has great breakfast and great staff!! We will be back for sure. 10/10

It was a very nice hotel, clean, and I really liked the fact that I was able to check in a day early. I also liked the digital key from my phone.

The only complaint was that the parking wasn't good. If there were a door to come in from the opposite side of the entry it would have been fine.

I love the easy check in and the staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was very spacious and clean. I don’t travel much but I always recommend this chain specifically home2suites to everybody I know. The price is worth the value

The layout was nice, and everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with tableware, pans, and utensils. Friendly staff and great breakfast options

The location of the toilet paper was awkward.

Usually, if we attend an event in Grand Rapids, we drive back home afterward. This time we decided to stay the night & I'm happy that we did. I will definitely be back within the next month.

Everything was good; comfortable bed and pillows. The room was well organized and clean. The breakfasts were quite varied.

The window type. You can’t open the window to air the room

The breakfast sandwiches, the nightly lit fire pit and hanging outdoor lights, the fact we could grill out. staff was accommodating when needed. Very modern. Comfy beds. Need more rooms with two beds. nice decor. great seating area in lobby.

broken washer, broken dryer, broken gym equipment, broken dishes in room, no quarters for laundry (some hotels now have card swipes and apps to update guests on laundry progress. When requesting rooms to be cleaned, they weren’t cleaned. there were no extra towels and we ran out of tp.

Breakfast was great! Lots of choices, hot and cold items. Our room was the most thoughtfully designed room that I have ever stayed in with all the conveniences of home.

Our room was modern and new and the hotel design is fantastic! It was great to have front desk employees text us to see if we were happy with our stay and we could ask questions.
