Everything on site was as good as we could expect. Also, the fact that the property is located right off the expressway was nice. The breakfast was like the cherry on top of the sundae, a great way to start the morning. The variety, quality and the fact that the breakfast bar was well maintained put an exclamation point at the end of our stay. I would highly recommend visiting the Frederik Meijer Garden, located just across the expressway.

That area has become way too congested. Trying to navigate through the intersections in an attempt to visit the mall or local restaurants, and then return to the property was a nightmare.

The breakfast was delicious, several choices of hot options. Several of the hot options were different on the second morning which was a nice surprise. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly as were various staff members (maintenance, maids, kitchen staff) we ran into. Cookies were available 24/7! The pool was nice and clean and the hot tub had great jets. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. Close to the Fredrik Maier Gardens and Sculpture park. Several good dining options within a couple miles. Would definitely stay again!

I came in for a wedding. I was to arrive a day earlier but flights were problematic. When I called to delete a day, the front desk said no problem and did not charge for the night I was unable to arrive. When I did arrive the next day, I was able to check in immediately and was advise they upgraded my room since I was staying 3 nights- no charge. I used the exercise room while there, and appreciated that Gravity was within walking distance for dining. I also like the microwave in the room to heat left overs. Th ebed was INCREDIBLY comfortable. Thank you for the accommodation!!

Amazing military display on the lower level. Pool and jacuzzi looked clean and inviting, but we didn’t bring our suits. Breakfast was great. Room was comfortable. Obvious recent upgrades. Taphouse restaurant next door was good.

Breakfast area chairs were well used, new wipeable ones would be good. People smoking and drinking at the tables right next to the entrance would have been quite off putting if we had our child with us. Maybe move the lagoon area a bit further from where everyone has to walk.

Breakfast was great and free cookies and coffee 24/7. Located right off interstate and quick drive to downtown. room was exceptional with queen and king bed, close to breakfast room and exit. There is a nice pub/restaurant near the premises and you get a discount there with stay at hotel.

I only rate hotels if I have nothing bad to say. we stay in roughly 15 different hotels every year for a total of a month travel time and this is an exceptional one. I only rate roughly 1 hotel every couple years if that tells you anything. The stay was near perfect!

the breakfast served was absolutely incredible! the only thing that would make it even better if it were served till 11:00/11:30! the location is very interesting! interesting in a good way. the hotel itself is honestly very beautiful and the inside is just breathtaking. the lobby is very lovely and truly love how this hotel stays cleaned and being cleaned! always seen staff cleaning around the hotel. the staff were also very friendly and lovely all around, also very helpful!

something that could be worked on is maybe the time checking in just for those who arrive earlier than the time set.

It was in a good location, looked newly renovated in the lobby. Lots of parking and there was a nice restaurant next to it. The breakfast was decent and had a lot to offer. Staff did a great job keeping it stocked because there was a baseball team there too.

Although the lobby was refinished our room was a little dated, but clean. I did think the suite we got had a different set up than what we picked online which caused some issues when we were trying to figure out a sleeping situation. But we managed. My only big complaint was the bed was SO LOUD. Like every time I even moved an inch it woke people up! I’ve never slept in a more uncomfortable bed in my life.

Breakfast had a very nice selection of both hot and cold items. The coffee was also quite good. Most places I attend have very weak coffee - but this had a good coffee machine with good strength options.

We were put in a room and while there, another patron came in and claimed that she was given the same room. There was a mixup and we were told to stay in our room while the other person would be assigned a new one. Not sure what that was all about, but it was strange to see someone else get in our room with a key card…

The moment you step into the lobby you can tell the facilities are kept very clean. Rooms were very sound proof as we could not hear other doors being opened and closed. Staff was friendly. Several options to choose from for breakfast. The pool area was always clean and stocked with towels. The small game room was an added bonus.

I have no complaints.

We loved the pool and hot tub because they were very clean and so were our rooms. The arcade was a fun surprise I didn't know about until I got our key cards.

The location of the hotel isn't the best but at least there is a light to help you get out onto the east beltline. Anywhere off the east beltline or 28th Street isn't ideal to me due to the heavy traffic at nearly all hours. Just a personal preference. Also an odd preference, you can't see your feet in the deeper end of the pool. Made me slightly uncomfy.
