Room was clean and orderly, big TV, breakfast was very good with respect to variety and volume, coffeemaker in room, elevator was always available

Prefer the sink inside the bathroom, location was a little bit far from our activities (Grand Valley State U city campus)

The bed was exceptionally comfortable as were the pillows. The room was spacious, had a laundry bag and was very clean. The clerk that checked me in was friendly, polite and professional and the checkout was very streamlined. My only hope is that I get billed only for the duration of my stay as I had to cancel the final night the day before.

Staff during check in was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located beside of a Walmarkt Supercenter. Enough parking lot. The breakfast has got planty to eat. All in all its a quiet hotel.

Slamming doors from neighbors. Smoking people at the small exit door (exit to Walmarkt).

The breakfast had a nice variety of foods, more so than your typical motel breakfast.

I left my robe and nightgown hanging on the bathroom door. When I called the next morning to inquire if they had been turned in to a Lost and Found the items were nowhere to be had. I’m a bit disappointed with that.

Arrived about an hour early from check in time but the nice lady behind the counter checked the rooms are was ready no issues in getting early. Breakfast was good as well very nice attendant and CLEAN!

Proximity to the wedding venue we needed to go too and downtown Grand Rapids. The breakfast was really good.

The swimming pool was a little too cold for an indoor pool. The couch in our suite needed to be cleaned and around the bathtub

Breakfast was alright, they can have a few additional options that just a few pieces of bread, egg and sausages. But it was not that bad too.

Breakfast was ok everything else was very good.

The breakfast was delicious and free, included with the room. The location was central to our family events we had while visiting the area. We appreciated the Walmart nextdoor so we had access to things we needed.

No children under the age of 15 allowed in fitness room. My kids couldn't even come in with me. Now I am fat because I couldn't exercise while I was there.

Clean, comfortable, quiet!

No towels in the pool at night - but the desk attendant gave us some. You just had to ask for them.

The food was delicious. There was plenty of different items to choose from although the orange juice was not good.
