Excellent value for the price! Spacious room, micro, fridge, coffeemaker, tub/shower, comfortable bed. Continental breakfast. Quiet. Pleasant staff. Definitely will stay there again if I need to be in Grand Rapids. I discovered I had forgotten something after I reached my conference the next morning, so I called and they had it at the front desk for me to pick up later that day.

My complaints are so minor! The freezer inside the fridge had frozen up, so I couldn't refreeze my ice pack. The breakfast area is next to the indoor pool, and the chlorine smell was overwhelming to me. No problem, though; I just took some food back to the room.

The property is centrally located in Granville. Only 28 minutes to Holland and maybe 45 to grand Haven. You really can’t get much better than this for the price. The front desk people were very helpful and kind. The facility is immaculate and in good condition.

If I could change one thing, I would put more comfortable mattresses in the rooms and maybe a little bit higher quality bedding. But for the price, this was a very economical decision for our family.

Check in was easy and room was clean and well taken care of. Other than check in we didn't have much contact with the staff. The pool was nice, but we only used it once because we were in town for a family gathering and were gone most of the time.

We stayed from Thurs. night to Sun. morning. On Fri. morning we went to breakfast around 8:30 and a lot of the food items were gone and were not replenished. On Sat. and Sun. we did go a little bit earlier, but we noticed that the food items were replenished. Why not on Fri.? Also, it would be nice if the rooms had a full length mirror in them and there was plenty of wall space for one in the bedroom area.

My wife & I had requested an early check-in for 2:00 pm; however, we arrived about 15 minutes early but we were warmly greeted by Sojai at the front desk. He was most helpful; checking in advance if our room was ready & helping us to locate the room we were staying. Throughout that day & evening Sojai continued to give us advice about places to see & places we might find good food. We stayed in a King Room and it was very clean & had plenty of space for the things we brought. Breakfast turned out better than some of the previous reviews I had read. Everything was fresh & it appeared that there was more than enough to go around. The night front desk clerk made sure that everything was refilled & ready to eat or drink. The location was perfect; just a mile or so away from the Inn. In all, we had a great time at our event and enjoyed the stay at the Inn. Thank you staff for a job well done!

The bed was a bit too hard for us and we were somewhat uncomfortable throughout the night. Other than that, it was a great stay.

It is a nice property, however did not have good experience with checkout

Well I paid thru booking prior to the stay. I had gotten the room for my parents who were visiting. Then when they checked out the hotel once again charged me for the room. I have called messaged and went in person also have done this with booking and no results. I was waiting to to a review until this matter was settled

Pool and hot tub were nice and conveniently located outside our room. It was still nice and quiet at night by 10 p.m. which I loved! Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was limited and simple but still okay. Staff were not at desk the 2 times I went and rang the bell for assistance. It wasn't anything too important but just a little inconvenient. It would have been nice to have a chair & table in the big empty spot in our room.

The price and set up of the room

Claimed to have heated pool, wasn’t heated. Weird having the breakfast area/pool area in the same spot with guest rooms off the area. Made it hard to enjoy the pool as felt like we were or could have been watched by someone in guest rooms also made it awkward getting breakfast in the morning when not a lot of people were up and in the area

I loved the fact that they aren’t overly priced first and foremost! However the rooms were decently sized, it’s quiet and the staff and super friendly! My husband and I said this will be the place we choose when we’re in that area!

The smell of the pool is pretty dominating throughout the whole building but to be expected when the place has a pool!

This is not the most luxurious hotel, but the rooms are very nice and the staff is extremely friendly.

Apparently, there was once a Hot Tub here, and it's still in their hotel description. It is definitely misleading to those who would like to use one. I will also say that prices do seem to be borderline high for a pretty basic hotel.

The pool was great & the hot tub was much appreciated! We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after all the walking we had done. The room was very clean & comfortable. Our bed & pillows were wonderful!

Unfortunately, the coffee wasn't hot at breakfast. That could have been because of who made it. But another lady said the water wasn't hot to make oatmeal either, so that's unfortunate.
