Small parking lot not alot of room for a full size suv when there were a few extra guest's and work crews.

The breakfast was very complete on what was offered, was continually updated as food was consumed, and had continuous attention from a service person. The employees were friendly and helpful.
The whirlpool was out of service and the pool was just adequate.

Staff was super nice. Breakfast was a typical breakfast, except there was a lot more to choose from, very family friendly. Room was clean and very comfortable.
Nothing really. The toilet flush was not working very well, but I told the lady at the desk and no fault of anyone’s.

We liked the space, the full kitchen, breakfast, and bathroom amenities. Bed was super comfy
The lights by the bed falling apart, the toaster was a fire hazard, cups were sticky.

The 2 room suite was PERFECT!! Everything was neat/clean & had a fully stocked kitchen which was great for early morning coffee and late night snacking from the fridge. We came in from Illinois for daughter's Grand Valley State college graduation. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice too. Would definitely recommend this Residence Inn.

We liked that it was stocked with all the kitchen essentials needed to cook with. Usually we bring all our own dishes and cookware. This time we left it all in the car. That was amazing.

The layout of the room was nice. It was located next to several restaurants.
The ac unit ran almost constantly, and it was loud. I would have liked a king bed instead of the queen.
