The location was convenient to the highway. The area was clean. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was good with enough variety. My husband enjoyed the pool with our grandson. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

The elevator made a scary sound when it got to the floor. The bathroom faucet was very hard to turn on. We couldn’t get the tv to change channels even after the clerk reset the controller and even after giving us a new controller. It would have been nice if they had offered to come check it out. They were cleaning the AC units which was fine but when we changed the setting from 65 to 70 the heat came on and we couldn’t figure out how to change it so we ended up turning off the unit

The pet friendliness is top tier. Everything you’d need for a 1 or few nights stay. Lobby is nice and welcoming, as are front desk staff. We didn’t take use of pool/hot tub but those are open until 12 AM which is cool. Beds are comfortable. Gas Station within walking distance right across the road. Good location & close to downtown. Overall great value for the price.

Could’ve been a smidge more updated. There is a man who works there is who is extremely rude! Breakfast is meh, but they do have lots of options including hot breakfast.

Overall stay was good. The room layout and amenities were nice i.e. fridge, microwave. I liked the couch in the King suite. Bathroom was clean. Tea and coffee were available all day. Breakfast was included.

Room was ok overall but window curtain was torn and there was only a thin sheer curtain in the middle of the window. On 2nd night, called front desk for more TV remote batteries and was told that someone would come shortly but no one ever did. Also, a loud squealing noise came from bathroom after light was turned off and seemed to only go away if light was left on.

Staff was very friendly and offered assistance without being asked. She was pulling a double but you wouldn't know as she had such a great attitude when checking us in and when we saw her leaving In the morning. The morning person was friendly as well.

The bathroom had hair in several places and toilet not properly cleaned. The carpet could also use deep cleaning.

Breakfast was good, quiet room, my girls loved it and the pool of course.

I had to fix the light between the beds in the room, they weren’t working. The cleanliness in the pool room and bathroom definitely could have been better. Bathroom was not cleaned it seemed for a week or so. My card didn’t work for the fitness center. I checked it was during the hours. Otherwise, the room etc was fine.

Breakfast is great! Clean and the staff is great. Cassy and Cameron provide exceptional service, very friendly and good to talk to. I will continue to come to this location. I love it!!

Everything was great. There is nothing to complain about. As I said the staff is great and the facility is very clean and nice. I will continue to stay at this location.

They had a large array of breakfast foods to choose from. The staff was helpful and friendly. Easy on and off of 131.

None of the workers knew how to change payment. I booked using my card and my fiancé wanted to put the charge on his card but they couldn't figure out how to change payment.

Location off the freeway was nice. Centrally located was good. We were there for a baseball tournament that was played at 4 different locations.

Breakfast could of been better. Eggs were cold. Ham was like deli ham sliced. Potted coffee would be better than machined coffee. Just my opinion.

The staff is beyond AMAZING! My trip started out visiting family, my mother was hospitalized and actively started dying, she held on for three days. Once I told the staff of her actively dying they made my room an open booking so that it would be mine until I informed them I no longer needed it. I would come back every day at around 3-4am and the kind gentleman running the desk always asked if I needed a snack or towels, shampoo, or anything else. His kindness made this heart breaking event a little bit more bearable. Every staff member I came across was kind and accommodating to the best of their abilities. I also loved that the bouncy and vivacious morning clerk decorated the lobby and dinning area for Halloween and always had a great smile and story to start my day with. I am glad I choose to stay here they made my days and nights better every time I walked through the doors with their compassion and genuine smiles. They definitely made this hotel feel like my home away from home.

Great rate,ease of making reservation,clean room and restaurant area. Great breakfast,lots of options. Nice pool.

No more hot tub,breakfast eggs and squares cold,no honey,no oatmeal. Would like other decaf tea options, noisy elevator. A bit unsettling.pillow arrangement a bit challenging to open up to lay on. Bedside table clock too bright. Noisy air conditioning. Sounds like it is raining outside. Haha.
