We ppreciated the location. I have taken into consideration of the ongoing renovations that caused a need for a room change quickly after gettin into our room. The woman at the desk was totally awesome. Jessica. She had to clean another room for us to move to. The problem with flushing the toilet was not repair with the plunger. Jessica was fast and accomodating.

Great room

The problem that I had was a boys basketball team won there game and came in the hotel around 11pm and were allowed to be extremely loud up 4am . Slamming Doors on purpose right outside my room like 10 times in a row and yelling and partying very loudly all night . I barely slept . Nice hotel but zero management after hours

Breakfast was wonderful, plenty of food, plenty of time and nice dining area. The entire hotel seemed clean and nicely decorated. The front desk took great care of us when checking in. Our room was secluded so it was quiet any time we needed sleep. Others may not like the smell, but all of the bedding was fragrant with the smell of bleach which to me means clean! Thank you for all your attention to details.

Our keys quit working 3 times and since we were at the far end of one of the hallways, we had to walk back to the lobby when we had just come from there in order to get keys working; on the last morning, the desk clerk advised us to not put key card next to any other card or anything magnetic. I had been carrying my debit/credit card in my pocket with my key card...Mention that to people upon checking in please. Parking was not great...most hotels parking is around the building with several doors, here parking only in front and one side so you can only park and enter at the front lobby...That's all.

The room was great especially because it faced wooded area to the North. The breakfasts were good. Cannot overstate how friendly and helpful the staff was. Near to the interstate so it was a quick trip to restaurants etc, and back. Definitely plan to return! Soon!!

Could have been cleaner. Other minor issues ...no deal breakers.

everything was clean and perfect

the night time staff was not the friendliest and she told us the wrong room two times and even wrote it wrong on the key cards. after the second time of going back to a floor to check to see if it was the right room we asked to see a manager which none was on shift. she almost seemed like she was under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

The beds were comfortable and the room was nice and cool. We received full housekeeping service.

The heating cooling system in the room needs to have an option to either be on constantly or not. When it comes on randomly it is so loud it is difficult to sleep.

The rooms were very nice, and newly redone. Staff was very kind

Clean

The room was above the entrance door and every time the doors open you would hear it. We thought it was a rollaway bed on the upper floor being moved constantly but then realized it was the entrance doors.

Plans changed and we only needed to stay one night and they allowed us to change it to one night instead of two. We also did not have to pay for the night that we had to cancel. It was great service and understanding.

Private

Cold pool. Showers are not very hot probably due to renovations that were unknown to us, so lots of banging during the day
