Jessica was amazing she was so understanding about one situation but some of the other staff that worked the office were quite rude about making payments but also Genevieve was really kind to a long with the house keeping staff!

I wasn’t told that there was a breakfast. I didn’t have any. I would have appreciated that. 😒
I could hear the tv in the next room. There was a group of people who were right outside my door that kept talking. They weren’t swearing or obnoxious, just laughing and talkative.

The Location was perfect, however because of the tornadoes the day before the family reunion had to be moved. The staff was good, the area was safe.
We couldn't get anything for dinner since the restaurant around there didn't have power. The beds weren't as comfortable because the mattress was a little hard. The pillows were flatter than I needed.

Great to have a microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee making. bed super comfy, room clean and desk and chair useful. staff welcoming and super responsive.
Could do with a couch or armchair. Reported that hand held shower wouldn’t switch over but overhead shower worked well. Slight smell of smoke or grass comes in through the heater.

Not a lot of space for the dogs and not a big enough breakfast bar selection.

The location is easy to find, close to the highway. Plenty of restaurants near by. The room was clean and the self controlled heating/cooling came in handy. The room has a mini fridge, microwave and an excellent desk/workspace.
The bed is hard. The pillows are flat.

The room and the bed were very comfortable, the entire room seemed to be well cleaned. We were satisfied with our room.
There was painting of the exterior going on that was disruptive.

Front desk very polite .
The toilet kept running and water was all over the floor & was dirty. You had to hold the handle to flush. The refrigerator wasn't clean correctly. There were weird stains on the wall. And poor vacuuming.

Your WiFi did not have a password. I have never stayed in a Hotel or Motel that did not have a password on their Wifi. When I first attempted to hook up my computer it refused to hook up saying that such a connection would allow anyone to see what we were doing. I had to force it to hook up with the dangerous connection.

Room was nice. Check-in clerk was friendly as well. Price and location were other good points.
Bathroom was small and door know was not secured - almost off. But, for the price, it was OK.
