Jessica was amazing she was so understanding about one situation but some of the other staff that worked the office were quite rude about making payments but also Genevieve was really kind to a long with the house keeping staff!

I wasn’t told that there was a breakfast. I didn’t have any. I would have appreciated that. 😒

I could hear the tv in the next room. There was a group of people who were right outside my door that kept talking. They weren’t swearing or obnoxious, just laughing and talkative.

The shower was great.

No body was at the desk when we got there and we had to wait. The people next to us were fighting and was very loud. When we left no one was at the desk again and she seen me coming in and she went to the back.

The Location was perfect, however because of the tornadoes the day before the family reunion had to be moved. The staff was good, the area was safe.

We couldn't get anything for dinner since the restaurant around there didn't have power. The beds weren't as comfortable because the mattress was a little hard. The pillows were flatter than I needed.

There wasn't breakfast, only coffee and I was happy for that.

It would have been nice if they had a laundry, but they don't advertise having a laundry so they're honest

The wonderful dedication and commitment to ensuring the guest stay was phenomenal and above average.

Not a lot of space for the dogs and not a big enough breakfast bar selection.

Great to have a microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee making. bed super comfy, room clean and desk and chair useful. staff welcoming and super responsive.

Could do with a couch or armchair. Reported that hand held shower wouldn’t switch over but overhead shower worked well. Slight smell of smoke or grass comes in through the heater.

The room and the bed were very comfortable, the entire room seemed to be well cleaned. We were satisfied with our room.

There was painting of the exterior going on that was disruptive.

The location is easy to find, close to the highway. Plenty of restaurants near by. The room was clean and the self controlled heating/cooling came in handy. The room has a mini fridge, microwave and an excellent desk/workspace.

The bed is hard. The pillows are flat.

Front desk very polite .

The toilet kept running and water was all over the floor & was dirty. You had to hold the handle to flush. The refrigerator wasn't clean correctly. There were weird stains on the wall. And poor vacuuming.
