Convenient location and the price was right. I was asked to review the bathroom renovation and it looks very nice. Plenty of room and lots of counter space. Not sure if it’s not quite done yet, as it is in need of some storage items. Such as toilet tissue dispenser, racks to hang wet towels or bathing suits, hooks for hanging clothes. Fresh towels under the counter were great, but we needed to hang up wet things and bathrobes. I loved the hairdryer. So much better than the tiny wall held ones in most hotels. Pool was nice. Breakfast offerings were fine, but the hot foods like the eggs and sausage were lukewarm warm.

It’s undergoing updates and they sure are needed. Carpets are old and extremely dirty. The rest just needed updating.

The staff was great. We did a park and fly for spring break and they dropped us off early in the morning and was waiting for us when we arrived back at the airport a week later. The staff member I talked to on the phone (Mercedes?) was super helpful in arranging the park and fly. Very organized and easy to do. The hotel was clean.

The hotel was a little dated but we were just crashing before our early morning flight so our experience was fine.

Big improvement with cleanliness!! I stay here all the time. When I was there in December it wasn’t kept up very well, sometimes my rooms weren’t clean and sheets didn’t look like they were changed. I just stayed there now in July and it was amazing!!! So clean smelled so nice sheets were fresh toilet paper restocked bathroom nice and clean. It was incredible. I’m definitely impressed and glad cuz I stay here all the time. I guess maybe they got new cleaning staff, but it’s amazing.

Nice place, could use some work. The top floor reeked of weed but I couldn’t smell it once I was in my room. It was INSANELY hot when I first got there. The curtains left the room WAY too bright and I think they were broken and there was duct tape on the wall by them. The coffee could have been better. Staff was nice. WiFi was terrible. Tv wasn’t great. Over all, it was good.

I liked how accommodating the receptionist was to make a room available early for me even though I called two days prior and made a request. I had everything I needed in the room and even more with the facilities that I wish I had time for.

I don't like how hotels are struggling with outdated infrastructure with a staff and no vacancies. There needs to be grants or funding for quality hotels such as this to be able to renovate or update to remain competitive with pricing and other hotels.

My only complaint was the television in one of my rooms was broken. You could watch it but dare not touch it. It was leaning badly. I did let mgmt know. Other than that, everyone was more than accommodating!👍

Unfortunately, the many people hanging out in front smoking, cigarettes and weed! Made coming into the building and leaving out not good.😌

Everything was great as far as the room and employees were helpful and friendly

the wifi did not work well, I was unable to work from the hotel, the breakfast has a nice variety, but the bacon was not cooked, I waited for the next batch and still not cooked. Kids were all the buffet, parents were not watching them, they were touching everything. So, I did not eat there, I went out to eat somewhere else. Other than that, it was good.

We were welcomed with coffee and cookies at the door, wonderful touch. The continental breakfast was excellent, with Carbon's waffles. The room was clean and nice.

I had been here last year through booking.com for Comic Con weekend and was already happy I came back. The breakfast had plenty of options, and had self serve tea or coffee by the front desk. Plenty of TV channels, clean pool and facilities, and only ten minutes from the weekend event. Nice staff too.

Breakfast was awesome! The GSA who allowed us a room move was very guest friendly and was able to rectify the issue we were experiencing in our first assigned room promptly. The 2nd room we were assigned was fantastic!

The first room we were assigned had an odor, and the refrigerator was unplugged (I assume to thaw), which made it unusable during our short visit. This was handled ;) Upon departing I went to retrieve the cash deposit and was told that an error had occured and that I would have to pay( MC was inserted and a signature was given on pin pad. That amount was deducted from my account for payment of rm/tx. Cash of $100 was given for deposit in in order to check in.) Ultimately this was resolved...
