My stay at the AmericInn was great! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the check-in process quick and easy. The coffee was surprisingly delicious—definitely a pleasant way to start the morning. Breakfast was fairly standard for a hotel, but it was clean, organized, and had all the basics you'd expect. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay. I'd gladly return.

Room was clean and the AC worked well. The only hotel in the area with a indoor pool.

The pool area is extremely warm and if you stay for several days they only clean the room every 3 days. Had to ask for tp and towels. You would think that if you had someone staying for several days they would have a back up toilet paper in the room.

Staff was very good and professional. We were there for a family reunion and after the party we came back to the facility and they allowed us to get pizza and hang out in the area by the fireplace and just enjoy our family and we had a very good time and we appreciate

They welcome you on the tv screen! It’s the little things that excite the kids. The cleaning staff was very pleasant. I spoke to an older lady in the hallways a few times & she just made the visit more enjoyable.

The breakfast was pleasantly surprising. My daughter loved making her own waffles which i also thought was a pretty awesome commodity.

The elevator always creeps me out

Clean rooms, super comfy beds, extremely friendly staff and exceptionally clean hotel.

The only negative was not a big deal, but I had to make a special trip to the front desk to ask for tissue paper because our restroom was stocked with two rolls that were both less than half.

Location was good. Didn’t try the breakfast but from what I seen looked pretty good.

The tub/shower I thought was a little narrow but other than that the room was great. Fridge and microwave are a nice added bonus.

Comfortable room, conveniently located to my family members in the area, good breakfast selection with excellent coffee.

Parking lot was icy in many spots. Room lighting was controlled by switch at door so I couldn't use the outlets on the bed side lamps to charge my phone unless I left the light on. Used the wall outlet behind the bed stand instead.

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was great! Great location and the rooms are noise free! Didn’t hear hallway chatter or neighboring rooms TV.

The pillows weren’t very comfortable.

Clean room. Good breakfast. Nice pool and jucuzzi! Exceeded my expectations! King size bed and walked in the room with jucuzzi included!
