Everything! The facility was beautiful and well maintained. Our room was perfectly suited and accessible to my husband in a wheelchair. The staff was beyond professional and extremely helpful. The breakfast selection was ample and delicious...warm cinnamon pastries? Yes!! They were an option.

There was not a thing that I found to be a negative. The accommodations were comfortable and clean.

Food was excellent. Much better than the Hampton Inn where I usually stay.

My key stopped working. I went to reception 4 times to have it recharged. Finally, after I had wasted 35 minutes and needed to leave, the receptionist (who was the sole staff person in the hotel) decided the lock wasn't charged, but he didn't know how to charge it and couldn't reach his manager! Training would be good.

Super clean, modern, comfortable, and excellent staff (very friendly). Plus, the breakfast was definitely not just the standard boxes of cereal with milk and stale bagels. There were a bunch of cold and hot options.

My only suggestion would be that the evening snack shop offer some basic beers and/or wine. There is literally nowhere any where near the hotel to go for or get an evening adult beverage unless you want to pick something up at a nearby gas station.

The staff was amazing in every way! Mike greeted us and was incredibly polite and informative. The general manager Josh went above and beyond to accommodate our family and was so kind and friendly. This was the best hotel experience we have ever had! We will absolutely be returning and telling our friends and family about our stay!

There was absolutely nothing to not like! Everything was wonderful!!

Small shower head but it could just be that I'm used to my big one at home. But everything was amazing, breakfast was a bit cheap but it's expected with the price of the hotel.

I think over all breakfast wasn’t the greatest but for what your getting at a hotel it was good!

Location was nice, room was quiet, staff was friendly. Shampoo, conditioner and lotion were in big bottles mounted on the wall instead of little bottles

Moved me to a different room after issue.

First room was too cold, heat fan blew constantly and it was loud, could not hear the TV.

We liked absolutely everything about this hotel ! The booking process was streamlined and accurate, the staff we encountered were friendly yet professional, the facilities were new and clean, the breakfast was complete and delicious and the location couldn't have been better ! Will definitely choose this hotel again !
