We had booked online through a third party site that said we could have connected rooms. Once we arrived at 12 am we found out all those rooms were booked. The hostess found two rooms next door that went for a much higher rate just so my family could be close for our late night dinner. Thank you so much for the great hospitality

The age of the hotel overall is dated, but every amenity we had worked like brand new, the jacuzzi tub in our suite was amazing, and the pool area had a soothing clean hot tub and pool although there are some cosmetic flaws due to age. I felt perfectly comfortable and clean having myself my family and our young ones in the pool/spa area. This is a really a great value

We stayed here for the Ionia Free Fare. Our room was great!! We stayed in a suite with a Jacuzzi and balcony looking over the pool room. It was very quite.

They need to upgrade the breakfast selection. They have a bunch of Hispanic workers that show up about 8am. They sit outside playing music until midnight. It makes it uncomfortable if you need to go to your vehicle at night. The pool and hot tub need to be taken care of. You could feel allot of dirt on the bottom of both.

Breakfast was included - beds were comfortable and alot of pillows.

seemed one of our rooms was in need of an update - carpets were old/ripped and dirty the other room - second floor looked to have been updated with new carpet/paint etc.... There is no elevator in this hotel, therefore getting our luggage up a long flight of stairs was challenging.

Very friendly staff - Kimberly (the manager) was exceptionally helpful with everything. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to the beautiful little town and the fairground. There is a nice pizzeria next to it and it's surrounded by wonderful nature trails. Perfect !:)

When you step outside of the hotel the internet connection (free wifi) gets lost immediately.

Stayed here for a wedding up the road. Low expectations. Pre-gamed a little too hard amd now ny buddy and were sleepy...left early...the pool was still open. Ended the night with a pool party. Simply rad. Staff very helpful as well.

I mean...it's a bit dated. But thr vibes are there. This is not a fancy place to stay. It is good if you need a place to sleep & swim. It's dated but the place works with what it's got and it gets the job done.

Wonderful staff, who upheld our need to change rooms because of noisy upstairs guests. Exceptional staff!

Inside corridors. We prefer to park AT our door. The exterior doors to the Inn were not locking. Our room door was awful to open, not room 104 (our originally booked room). Room 123’s handle and lock were quite a struggle. That’s all.

Staff was nice. Breakfast was good! Everyone was so kind to our dog that we brought along too! Pool and hot tub were also nice and relaxing, even for an unusually cool day in August!

The free breakfast was great. Having waffles was a nice surprise. Location was great, especially with the restaurant within walking distance.

There was no stopper in the tub to take a bath

I was pleased to see an option of blueberry or strawberry waffles along with regular on the continental breakfast.

Pool area opened earlier. I’m a morning person.

Pool and hot tub were great. King room was very nice. First floor. Staff was amazing. Continental breakfast with waffles and many choices was awesome Able to walk to dinner at Oliveri. Parking area well lit.
