The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was good, and the shower was good, two of my main considerations when traveling. Breakfast is also a plus.

Again, breakfast. The biscuits and gravy were excellent. There were plates made up with sausage, potatoes and eggs. The sausage was good, the potatoes pretty dry, and the powdered eggs inedible. I don’t know if it was the eggs, or the way they were prepared, but I took one bite, and it was horrible. However, sausage, biscuits, and gravy make a pretty good breakfast.

We loved the facilities and the staff and the location. #8 had harder beds than #1, and we preferring #1.

The hardness of the beds in #8. #1 was much softer. Also if you have 4 or more staying, you need more than 2 rolls of toilet paper so we bought an 18 pack at Walmart, but the staff were willing to give us more. I'd just pre fill the cabinets with extra toilet paper rather than just a couple of rows.

The two bedroom vacation home we stayed in was perfect. We could not have asked for better accommodations, it was close to our family in the area and provided ample space for us to visit. The large deck with the picnic table was perfect.

We were surprised that there was no option for an outdoor firepit.

Good location. Nice warm pool. Quiet. Everything worked. Clean. Nice set up for breakfast (already made up plates).

Had to go find staff every time I needed them. Would be better to have a bell or phone or something to let them know someone is at the desk. Eggs tasted like powdered eggs made with water.

Location, friendly staff, good facilities, easy check-in/out, room size, free coffee in the lobby!

If we had to nit-pick: Early morning noise level (around 6am-7:30am)- doors slamming, people walking upstairs (very creaky floors)

Both the evening clerk and the manager were fantastic.. it was beautiful and comfortable! The shower was amazing as well as the hot tub!

The bathtub is super super slippery!! I almost went all the way down but the splits kept me up. And so.e chairs outside would be fantastic.. I can't stand cuz of my back

We stayed with you for close access to Bell Hospital. Your location was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate. Thank very much. Hope to visit another time for a vacation.

Location for us was great in relation to the wedding venue we attended. The rooms were very spacious and clean.

I wish that the cabins had been pet friendly they looked so beautiful and spacious! It would’ve been more like being at home for the pets. They were very aware of every noise in the hotel room.

We snowmobiled, and the groomer barn is literally across the street! Moose Country groomers do an exceptional job! Jasper Ridge Brewing and Dining is 100 feet away. But closed Sun and Mon. Fuel and fast food is super close.

Not anyone's fault, but many places are closed Sun and Mon. Booked a mont in advance, and they said the indoor pool was probably going to be open, but it wasn't.

Cleanliness , location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast choices on the first day of our stay.

Loud air conditioning unit that disturbed our sleep, very loud family party in the room next to us with floor shaking and banging on the wall. Requested staff to intervene twice but the group did not quiet down until later in the evening. Also, the breakfast choices diminished as the week went on and were not replenished very quickly each morning.
