I recently had broken my leg and was walking very slowly with a cane. There was heavy snow during my stay and the hotel staff shoved snow so I could park my car near the entrance to my room. They also carried my suitcase to my room and from my room to my car the next morning. The free breakfast was outstanding with a wide selection of meat, eggs, waffles, bagels, muffins, and cereals. Whenever I return to Marquette, this is where I will stay..!!

Only place I want to stay when I come into marquette now such a great friendly staff including megan or how she spells it so helpful funny and made sure all was taken care of for me. Quiet clean and I only Want a corner room on the 3rd floor it's the best and amenities are wonderful for my first time definitely will be back. I was in room 317 and the staff made sure I had clean bedding towels and did a great job getting the rooms ready

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

We loved our stay. The hotel staff is great and assisted us with our questions. The breakfast was superb! They also have a lobby area with TV that was great for us to spend the night with the family. And we loved the surprise they did for us, as we were celebrating a new baby upcoming.

The common areas are super clean, and the breakfast room and lobby were also super clean. You need to request housekeeping in advance if you want to have the room cleaned.

It was very comfortable and clean and made for a very restful night after a long drive. The front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. The location was exactly where we needed to be. And then there was the included breakfast- definitely a highlight of the stay.

Nothing. It was exactly what their website said and it met all our expectations. It’s a little pricey but on par for the rest of the hotels in the area at the time. So we can’t even complain about that.

The location is awesome - you're looking at campus and there's plenty within walking distance for food. The room was clean and comfortable. They didn't clutter it up with coffee service, which is offered in the lobby 24/7. Breakfast was decent, there were actually healthier choices I'd eat at home (Greek yogurt bar instead of a bunch of sugary yoplait), plus more filling and traditional options that appealed to my spouse. The very best feature of Superior Stay was the staff. Friendly, personable, helpful, with informed recommendations...they had an awesome staff each shift.

I was excited to see so many tea options in the lobby and I was super disappointed to find most of them were caffeinated. I would have appreciated a wider variety of herbal teas.

The front desk was excellent, one of the best in Marquette. The guest website was an awesome surprise that all lodging should be doing. The chromecast was another brilliant touch. Oh! The hotel smelled GREAT that touch reminded me of The W in NYC.

Didn't like that I had to find out the "Sauna" was an Arizonia Room aka "Dry Sauna" when I went to use it. I felt like when we called and asked about a sauna that they should've said it was waterless..which isn't really a Sauna. Being in the UP with it's large Finnish/Scandinavian population (not to mention the actual Finnish visitors to Marquette) if asked about a sauna you should say it's dry. Also maybe offer coffee pots at the desk for the generations who won't use the customer website to request one.

Spacious room, free laundry machine available to use, breakfast was phenomenal, the entire place was well kept, staff was kind approachable and accommodating.

There isn’t a pool or hot tub which is fine but the kids love having that as an option. The pro is that the whole place doesn’t smell like bleach and there’s isn’t water all over the halls.

Very clean and maintained. Great location to campus and downtown area. Staff very friendly. Great breakfast options - especially crock pot of steel cut oatmeal. If it hadn’t been 85 degrees out would have loved to use the sauna!

Had a big TV in a nice lounge. Tried to watch the Olympics. Couldn’t figure out TV and there were no instructions. Front desk woman didn’t know how to use it either.

I would highly recommend the Superior Stay Hotel! It was clean and the staff was very helpful. I chose it based on the ratings and it did not disappoint. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. We could choose from waffles, a Greek yogurt bar, and bread/dognuts as well as bacon and eggs. If you are looking for good customer service, visit this motel!
