Location, clean. They need to let people know you will receive a text to pre check in. After I di it I questioned it. I called the hotel. Whoever answered said they didn't do that. So know I'm thinking someone scammed me. On the phone two different times. One 50 minutes another 25. Finally Booking. Com trid to get ahold of them. I had to shut my banking app down. It was a hassle as this wasn't for pleasure it was because of a loved one in an accident and is in the hospital there.

We loved the fresh flavored water by the front desk! The beds were very comfortable. We loved the pool and hot tub! Location wise, this is the perfect place to stay for the weekend.

Not going to lie, the elevator freaked us out. Not the praying type but everytime I was in it, I wanted to do a prayer to make sure I didn’t get stuck. Was a little sad there wasn’t a free breakfast. Not expecting a whole lot but muffins and coffee would be nice. Something light and little.

Our 1st floor room opened directly to the pool via a sliding glass door - our 8yr. Old grandson was delighted and we could watch him from the comfort of our room! The food in the restaurant was delicious, and even though she was new and in training, the bartender made a delightful martini - twice. The room was spotless and the beds very comfortable. The staff was wonderfully friendly and accommodating - we overheard several guests making the same comments... Enough can't be said about the Ramada's location either - in the heart of downtown and within close walking distance of all sorts of delightful shops and restaurants.

The quality of the staff makes any venue, and the quality of this staff was great! Enjoyed the attached lounge: a bit upscale for my tastes, but, again, great staff.

Tub / shower in the 'Accessible Room' was not. Standard bath tub w/ grab bars, standard high step over side, no bath seat. The floor of tub was about eight inches above the adjacent floor, making entry difficult. But clean and functional, none the less.

It was quiet, comfortable and the staff was great. They accommodated our request for the ground floor.

This is going to sound silly, but the location of the toilet tissue was difficult to reach when using the bathroom! It was kind of behind the toilet and under the shelving. You had to twist around to try and reach it

Very comfortable bed and bedding. A/C-Heat was quiet. Bathroom was clean and shower had very good water pressure. Walkable to so many points of interest!

The room we were assigned could only be reached by passing through the pool area and then down a hallway. This only seemed odd enough that I mention it, and it really in no way affected our enjoyment of our stay.

diappointed - we were unable to stay for breakfast. The dinner the nightbefore was very good. we totally ran out of time..........we were unable to use the pool. the surrounding room noise was at a minimum but the staff at the front desk was very helpful. we were able to make our reservation online and the front desk staff took it from there.

Location was great. Front desk clerk Sandy was great, very friendly and helpful.

Everything needs an update. The room was clean but had a musty odor. The elevator needs fresh paint and a good clean. There was just a regular bulb in the heat lamp in the bathroom.

Location. Value. Nice front desk staff.

Bar staff had extremely loud and inappropriate conversations going on. I knew all of their plans for the next few days and what they thought about customers. Very obnoxious. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Such a great place to stay! Location is perfect! And the restaurant bar in the hotel has amazing food and friendly stay. People at the check in counter are so nice and always answered my questions.
