Very close to my destination and I liked it was just on the outskirts of main town. Beaches were within a few miles, very quiet around us and still had some locals to get groceries or food. The hotel staff was amazing and very friendly! We traveled with our precious dogs, and they loved them like they loved us. It one Pablos 1st road trip and 1st night he was a little whiney, but they were so great working with us, Ended up he just wanted to always give them hugs and kisses. We will definitely be back and we Thank them again for great hospitality.

Maybe a washer a dryer available but wasn't that much needed.

The room was nice and updated. The mini fridge kept things cold. Good water pressure in the shower.

Continental breakfast was lacking and ended earlier than most hotels at 9 am. There were no hot food options. Only packaged danishes and muffins. Prepackaged cereal and cereal bars. There were yogurt options and apple juice boxes. Plus coffee with french vanilla creamer and white and whole wheat bread for toast. The location was a little far for us. We were in town to support our NMU marching band student during Homecoming. It's far from campus.

The renovations of the hotel were just completed. Our room (220) was excellent for our needs as it has an outside entrance so we could take our service dogs outside on the grass & enjoy the fresh air. The owners, Raj & Taj were very accommodating & the hospitality was excellent. The room was exceptionally clean, we had a kitchenette which was great, supplied with most everything you would need. We enjoyed the peaceful setting, with amenities & local shopping nearby.

The only thing that would have made our stay better would have been a nice deck, large enough to accommodate a couple of chairs and a patio table, off the outside entrance to our room.

New management. Big difference from when I stayed there last April. I felt safe. I was snowed in of course. Management made sure I was unstuck in a matter of minutes. I stayed Friday January 12 thru January 15. It was during a very bad snow storm. They are redoing the entire motel room to room. They have installed new cameras. The pool looked much better but of course it was closed for the season. Breakfast was not stale.

The toilet drained slowly. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The new managers can only work at what they can.

Our room was very nice. We had the family room. Staff and guests were all nice and welcoming.

The floor felt like it wasn't very clean, like not swept, before our arrival. The water took forever to get warm..sink and tub! We didn't know that there was no elevator.

Breakfast was just as expected. The counter girl was over the top very nice smiles a lot and hard working. I hope she gets her paycheck highly deserved. She was the best hotel person I ever had. You are lucky to have her. I worked retail for 30 years it’s hard making people happy. She did excellent

No hot tub. Husband is a big guy very hard for him to get into the bathroom

The room was great, everything was in working order. The beds were very comfortable and the ac/heater was not overly loud. The room was also clean!

There needs to be a exhaust fan in the bathroom. And breakfast needs an upgrade. There was little a person can eat that can not eat gluten.

This hotel is clean. Good quality. Confortable . The swimming pool is great. Not too cold. And clean. With some swimtoys for kids. Breakfast is small, no cooked food, but you have enough to be happy

No warm water for tea.

Location was very good. Our stay was comfortable and we like the outdoor patio and a pool was nice but no time for us to use. The local paintings on the walls were beautiful and showed the area so well

Hard boiled eggs on the breakfast buffet would be good.
