Clean and quiet hotel in a convenient location. Hotel breakfast was served at the on-site restaurant (no chafing dishes here) and was delicious. Excellent pool and fitness center. Convenient parking - but it is a large hotel so you may have to walk a little.

Not much to complain about. No ice maker on my floor, had to go to a lower floor. No freezer section in the in-room fridge. Not much within walking distance except one fast-food joint.

The people who operate this facility are clearly in tune with what guests want and how to do their jobs. This is where “corporate” needs to recognize them with more than an email or pizza party. I just spent 18 days traveling the country ocean to ocean. This is the nicest most professional hotel I stayed at the entire trip. The size of the pool, the restaurant, the upgrades in our room, fantastic. This one hotel just set a new standard for future family adventures. Now give these people a raise.

The hotel staff is going above and beyond to meet customer expectations. I love how clean, modern, and spacious the hotel is, especially liked the size of the pool. I would definitely stay there again in the future, just avoid the restaurant.

I did not like the restaurant in the hotel. First, the smell of fried oil was too intensive, especially in the afternoons, and after having dinner and spending there over an hour, your clothes and hair would smell too. The staff in the restaurant was not very professional and also highly overwhelmed with the numbers of custom orders taken. I feel like a simple buffet concerning complimentary breakfasts would be a much more convenient solution for everyone. Our morning order was totally mixed up, but after spending almost an hour waiting for our food, we decided to eat what we were served and leave asap. I also did not like the water temperature in the jacuzzi. It was close to boiling.. Someone should be checking the settings.

Everyone who works there is nice. The pool is beautiful. My son loves the top floor and they gave us a room on the 5th floor.

This was the first time ever. I found garbage between the night stand and bed and two key cards that weren't mine on top of the head board. Like I said. This was the first time. We have stayed in this motel a handful of times and it has been very very nice always 👌

Staff is always kind. We stayed after a day of my daughter competing in special Olympics she wanted to enjoy a evening in hot tub pool and just relax. Was able to do just that 😉

Only complaint from her was a fan like noise above door to our room thinking due to end room. But otherwise no complaints

Our room is very nice. Clean comfortable beds. We didn’t partake of the breakfast in the morning so I can’t speak to that. The room had a nice upbeat. Feel to it. Colors were nice. Bathroom was good.

Everything was great. I did leave my mirror there and I called and they found it and sent it to me right away. I really appreciate it that.

It was clean and the kids had fun in the large pool, until someone threw up in it.

I thought that they had complementary breakfast. The breakfast at the restaurant was $15 each buffet and I did not want that much. Plus I thought the price was too much. Saturday night there was 2 birthday parties it was to be 3 parties. With all the skaters it was so packed in there.

Very spacious room with excellent amenities. Beds very comfortable.

We were awakened by strong cooking odors early in the morning. There was a persistent banging noise that we believe was related to plumbing issues. Hard to sleep through all that!

The pool is excellent and the beds were perfect. Everyone had a great night's sleep and the black out curtains worked so well we overslept.

I bought the breakfast through booking.com and it was just a coupon for money off of the restaurant. You would think that $40 would cover breakfast for 4 people but it didn't. We ended up paying an additional $22 for our breakfast. Next time I won't buy the breakfast in advance and eat somewhere else.

Property was clean and it’s in a very accessible location in relation to everything we wanted to do

Our key card stopped working, the maintenance man figured out it was a malfunctioning handle, as we were only there one night, we asked that they fix it when we checked out. They were very apologetic and helpful.
