Close to everything, the room has everything that would be needed. Everything clean.

The room size is super small, and the hot tub and pool were very cloudy. Like the water needed to be shocked. So, I did not get in. The room also smelled strongly of men's cologne when we first arrived, and as the cologne smell started to disepate, you could smell a cigarette smell. We do not smoke, and the smell of men's cologne was a little off-putting. We stayed anyway because we were tired as heck from traveling. After sleeping in hard bed, needed hot tub,

All staff were very friendly, helpful, and responsive to needs. Lorin at the front desk was especially helpful! Decent assortment of breakfast food offerings. Breakfast hostess was friendly, attentive to keeping items replenished, and kept counters and tables clean. Really appreciated the locked room for bike storage (and ski waxing in winter)! Everything was easy to locate within the building.

First night of our stay got pretty chilly and I could have used more bedding to stay warm. With it being summer, only AC was available.

I loved where the room was and how close it was to the pool and the continental breakfast front door and was the best stay yet at this facility. You did a great job with the front desk person and how nice plus he made sure we knew about the rewards program and the wifi password was.

Only thing we had a problem with at this place was the WIFI was not working very well. This place needs to upgrade on your internet connection and how it works. If i was staying here for business i would of complained about the WIFI kept jumping out of connection. Please UPGRADE your WIFI! THE WIFI SUCKED AT THIS PLACE!

I like the fact that when we arrived to get checked in the manager heard the front desk person telling my my girlfriend that all tvs were down and it was going to be complete silence so he intervened and got us a room at a hotel right next door immediately. Having a 2 year old that goes to bed early, we need a TV. We can't sit in silence all night long while she tries to fall asleep. We went right to the next hotel and it was everything we wanted. Beautiful pool and hot tub, great breakfast, HUGE room which was nice so we could put our daughters play pen way away from where we would still be awake, and it was very clean.

The employee could have let us know ahead of time that the tvs were down instead of waiting until we were already unloading our belongings.

I wasn't expecting much, but when we arrived staff was very welcoming. The room was clean and looked like what I had booked. The pool and hot tub were working, clean, and open til midnight. Breakfast is standard and what you would expect, clean and someone monitors and assists

The entire staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The breakfast selection was exceptional and Mary, the breakfast manager, kept the area spotless and well stocked. The adult spa and sauna was appreciated after a day of cross country skiing. Having Hudson’s restaurant so close was handy. We ate both evening meals there.

Staff was nice and friendly. Room was clean and ready. I made a request to be on the upper floor away from the elevator and I was accommodated. Continental breakfast was complimentary.

Everything was fine.

Location. We want to do a shout-out to ladies who ran the breakfast area. No matter how frustrating the people were, they stayed king and smiled. They should get an award or whatever it is you do to recognize above and beyond.

Comfy bed, pet friendly though its a $15 per night fee, nice hot shower, endless coffee in lounge, easy access off highway, quiet, friendly desk staff.

Breakfast was minimal. Those egg & cheese microwave burritos were nasty. Toast, oatmeal and u-cook waffles were the only hot food. Very spotty cell phone service in 1st floor rooms.

Location was great for exploring Marquette, but also, not too far from Munising (45 minutes). Also, close to parks and some of the restaurants/ice cream places we wanted to try. Definitely worth the money!

The hotel isn’t strict about pets only area and for anyone with allergies this could be a problem.
