Location was great. Breakfast was definitely great for a hotel. ALL employees were sooooo friendly, so kind, so polite and so helpful. I didn’t encounter one unpleasant employee! Great hospitality.

The location of the gym was awkward, I didn’t end up using it because I didn’t like that I felt like everybody coming/going into the hotel could just see in being located directly in front of the elevators. The hot tubs occupancy is 2 people haha. Pool/hot tub were small but definitely enough room as it was never busy when we used it. Which was also nice. Gym was always busy though

I originally booked at another hotel in the Marquette area and upon arrival the other property was unclean and not safe. I immediately went online and booked the Fairfield Suites last room. The individual I spoke to was so nice and accommodating especially under the circumstances. Within 30 minutes I booked a room and checked in. Thank you!!! The facility was just as pictured in the website photos. Very clean, nice amenities, and safe.

The breakfast was exceptionally good, fresh and hot. The kitchen staff was very friendly and efficient. The sausage gravy was the best we have ever had! The staff at the reception desk was always very friendly and helpful.

The only disappointment was that the coffee was not as strong as we would have liked. That is truly the only weak point we could think of. Everything else was superb.

The trip and the property was very good and provided the level of comfort and amenities that was advertised.

I made a huge mistake of using Booking.com. I will never make that mistake ever again. I have used Booking.com religiously anytime I travel but will never, ever use the service again. I booked the room over a week in advance and there was an error ( in my opinion) on the website dates. I quickly changed the dates to the correct dates and booking charged me $64 for the change. I tried to cancel and the website said it was nonrefundable.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable to me. I also liked the large shower. On the second morning of our visit, the employee in charge of the breakfast bar was OUTSTANDING! Convenient exercise room location!

The first morning we went down for breakfast everything was cold and empty. :( Broken towel hook. Wonky electrical wiring.

Right on the lake. Clean and nice with a great workout area. Washer and dryer. Cute pool. Wonderful location. Free breakfast, with tea and juice all day.

The people above us were stomping around a lot. Would ask for top floor next time.

The hotel was clean & quiet. The staff was courteous. My husband "Loved" the shower. I'm not really sure why but he did.

The location was a little out of town but not too bad. The "Bay View" was a little deceptive as it was through an opening in some trees. There was no beach access if you're looking for that sort of thing. We were not so it really wasn't a problem.

The breakfast was great, warm and constantly stocked. The staff was incredible, some of the best staff I have experienced in a hotel! They helped figure out issues, recommended things to do in the area, and answered all questions.

Great location, we did not eat breakfast here as we planned to explore Marquette all day and ate at a local restaurant.

The beds felt outdated and in need of being replaced, they were not very comfortable, and the pillows were way to soft.

Location was nice, had NMU hockey games all weekend and made it fast and simple getting back. Good breakfast, nice staff.
