Complimentary breakfast was amazing and in a comfortable room with a view. Hot tub was well maintained and better than most I've experienced. Staff was very cheerful and responsive.

Room 216 has loud noises in the night whether from plumbing pipes or the refrigerator, we could not determine. Woke me up many times. There is no EV charging at all, just a 120VAC outlet that is pretty far from the cars. We did not use it as it would have been too slow to charge an EV.

Breakfast was the thing we liked the least. Only Few food rotating options. The pancake machine is broken every time we stay there. Bad fruit there was one orange and a few shriveled apples.

I liked breakfast onsite, the location, cleanliness and size of the room. I like that they have pump soap in the rooms instead of bar soap. The staff was also great and coffee was still available in the lobby after breakfast was over.

Shower pressure wasn't super strong. Lighting on the bathroom was a little dark.

The stay overall was good. The location of our room was a little noisy because of the exit and entry door to the property . We were on the first floor .

The property is in a great location. Close to the downtown area with a beautiful waterfall nearby of you like to explore. There are also plenty of places to eat near by. The staff were really great at meeting my family's last minute request and accommodations! We truly appreciate the hospitality. We will definitely stay again!

We were there for NMU's graduation. We were expecting chaos but we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and care the hotel put forth to the graduating class and families.

We all loved the breakfast! We also loved the way the bedroom had a door which we could close and televisions in both the bedroom and room with the sofa! Even though your hotel is close to 41 it was so peaceful and quiet in our room! That was probably the BEST for us personally. It was also convenient to have a working refrigerator and microwave to help us save a bit more on food during our stay. We also liked that you provided a handout in the lobby on Marquette. The free WIFI was also very helpful. I wish we had remembered our swimsuits for your terrific pool and hot tub. Your staff were all outstanding.

I was hoping to use your laundry facilities. One of your staff told me it was not operational. It was only a minor inconvenience not major.

The hotel was clean! Staff was pleasant and cheerful. Our matress was comfortable. Liked that all bedding was white and clean and fresh. Breakfast was tasty. Thankful for hot food choices. Dining area was visually appealing and kept clean. Bathroom counter was spacious. Liked the spacious counter to put suitcases on, because there was room for more than one suitcase.

The lobby hot water dispenser for tea or cocoa, ran out when I went to make some hot cocoa. Would be nice to have 24 hr lobby acess to cold water drinking dispenser. Wish you had Grab and Go bags, with a water bottle and a snack, to take with us when we left in the morning. Having a 2nd chair and a small table, in rooms, to possibly play a game of cards or board game would be welcomed.

The staff were very accommodating and helped us with any questions that we had. The room was very clean and very comfortable.
