I requested a room on the top floor away from the elevator, which they honored & had available upon checkin. We were in town visiting NMU and appreciated that the hotel was within 10 min from the school. I can not comment on the pool as we didn't use it at all, however, I enjoyed being able to relax in the hot tub after a long day. I also liked the variety of pillows in our room. Some were soft & fluffy and some were more firm.

Our room had a funky smell upon entering. I sprayed a bunch of body spray which helped.

Everything was wonderful! The staff was very friendly & attentive, the breakfast was awesome with each day having something different! It was very clean, & the beds were so comfortable! They made everything so convenient like for housekeeping if you needed anything you just hang this list on your door & mark what you need & how much/many for example how many rolls of toilet paper, towels, Kleenex etc! We will most definitely be staying there again! & How convenient to have a restaurant in the parking lot ☺️

Maybe have breakfast until 11:00 instead of 10:00 but otherwise I can't think of anything!

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and updated. The bed was the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept in! I loved this hotel and would stay again in a heartbeat! I’ve done a lot of traveling lately and many of the hotels seemed well used and “tired”. Not so for this property, it seemed new (maybe it is??). I did not use any of the facilities so I can’t attest to that. Despite a full parking lot, I never heard others, it was very quiet. Loved this property, I recommend everyone to stay!

My one complaint about the room was that the USB ports did not seem to work so I was unable to charge my phone. But that’s partly my fault for not packing a plug!

Enjoyed the breakfast. Would have liked a little more variety in the hot food. Maybe biscuits and gravy occasionally instead of eggs and bacon/sauage. The staff was always very friendly and helpful.

The couch in our room was a little uncomfortable and the reading light closest to the window didn’t work. I placed dirty towels out with a note for what we needed on Sunday morning and had to ask for the items Tuesday morning at the front desk.

The room was very clean quiet, comfortable. We weren't familiar with the roads and wanted to have a few beers downtown at the 906 sports bar watching our teams first NFL gameso we called a cab and they were there in 5 minutes.

The restaurant in the parking lot is the only the only place that's really walkable,(on a very busy highway) and it's closed on Sunday. That is something to consider. The drive downtown isn't bad

Breakfast was good. The lady who was working was very friendly, kept everything filled and clean. The coffee was a very good flavor, which isn’t always the case. Pretty good variety of food. The desk staff was very friendly and accommodating when asked for anything. They made sure our whole families rooms were close to each other upon check in. That was very much appreciated. Our rooms were clean, roomy, and comfortable.

Conveniently located. Staff was knowledgeable about the area. Room was clean and stocked with all that a person would need.

With the family suite I was under the assumption the room would be a little bigger and the kitchen area would have been stocked with some utensils or something to use for cooking in the microwave..

Various breakfast options was nice and good food. Plenty for everyone. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Good size rooms. Clean. Nice pool and big hot tub. Location was quiet and safe, good parking areas, close to everything in town.

Pull out couch mattress was unusable.

The location was very close to downtown Marquette, both check-in and check-out were easy, the room was large and comfy, and the staff were very accommodating. Breakfast went until 10am (I'm used to it ending at 8am or 9am!) and there's a mini convenience shop in the lobby- overall, I liked this hotel a lot!

I asked that our room be away from the elevator and stairs, and it was. Everything was clean and up to date. The room doors didn't slam shut if someone didn't hold them while they closed, which was very nice. The bed was comfortable, and the a/c unit ran quietly. Breakfast had good options. All in all, it was a quiet, pleasant and enjoyable stay.
