My room was very clean. The pillows were great. The desk staff were friendly and professional. I thought the breakfast options were good with scrambled eggs, sausage links, fried potatoes, waffle maker, 4 juice choices, cereals, hot oatmeal, muffins.

1: The step-in shower! It was roomy and the water pressure was fine and it drained well. BUT there was NO PLACE (no holder or ledge or bar) to place soap, shampoo, or a razor! I had to lay my items on the shower floor. Weird! And a potential slip hazard with nothing to grab onto… 2: I didn’t care for the hefty “incidental” charge which they promise will be refunded (fingers crossed!)

Loved the location! Very easy to find and to return to highway. Bed was comfortable, good parking, and very clean lobby.

The bathroom sink had black mold between the bowl and countertop. We passed hotel check in guy outside and he had to be asked to come in and wait on us. Most times he was absent from the desk with a sign stating he'd return shortly.

All of the Staff was amazing! The outdoor maintenance guy offered to help with luggage, lady hauling laundry stopped to ask if we enjoyed our stay, cleaning lady found me in parking lot to give me my phone lost in the bedding! Front desk staff let us hang out in seating area. The pool was perfect used it twice!

😕 on the Tub. Would have preferred a hand held shower head and walk in shower.

The lobby was large and very clean The front desk person was pleasant. The breakfast was good. There was a large selection of snacks and amenities available for purchase.

The shower was just okay. The elevator was a little sketchy. The room was comfortable and clean but nothing special. The signage to find it was terrible.

Everything was excellent. Rarely does a hotel wow me with it's attention to detail, but this one definitely did. Kudos to the staff and management for running a great hotel! We would go out of our way to stay here if we were in the area. The pool was great, and breakfast was impressive.

We didn't have contact with staff after check in. But the lady who provided breakfasts was wonderful. She engaged me and others in conversation every morning . Also..the beds and pillows were the best ever. I slept great every night. Enjoyed having coffee at all times.

A little hard to find entrance to the hotel as it is tucked back behind culvers and shopping center. Not a problem after we found it though!

No best western sign anywhere. GPS took us to a shopping center. We happened to look all the way to the end and saw the building. It was really a inconvenience for our wedding guest as well. There were 2 different entrances neither one had a sign.

Great location for the purpose of the trip, room comfortable and shower good. Breakfast was exceptional with different hot entree each day. Pool and hot tub clean and space for a group chat

The coffee machine in the lobby was a bit strange, only one user at a time so sometimes a line! And no other option in the breakfast area

The early morning noise from traffic on the highway side of the building. We were told that all the king rooms were on that side. We ended up needing ear plugs.
