All of the Staff was amazing! The outdoor maintenance guy offered to help with luggage, lady hauling laundry stopped to ask if we enjoyed our stay, cleaning lady found me in parking lot to give me my phone lost in the bedding! Front desk staff let us hang out in seating area. The pool was perfect used it twice!

😕 on the Tub. Would have preferred a hand held shower head and walk in shower.

Everything was excellent. Rarely does a hotel wow me with it's attention to detail, but this one definitely did. Kudos to the staff and management for running a great hotel! We would go out of our way to stay here if we were in the area. The pool was great, and breakfast was impressive.

We didn't have contact with staff after check in. But the lady who provided breakfasts was wonderful. She engaged me and others in conversation every morning . Also..the beds and pillows were the best ever. I slept great every night. Enjoyed having coffee at all times.

Great location for the purpose of the trip, room comfortable and shower good. Breakfast was exceptional with different hot entree each day. Pool and hot tub clean and space for a group chat

The coffee machine in the lobby was a bit strange, only one user at a time so sometimes a line! And no other option in the breakfast area

We were on the expressway side of the hotel, it was very noisy at night 🥺 breakfast was wonderful each morning! Coffee and tea bars were very nice, we really enjoyed them!!

The whole establishment was clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was excellent, and the employees were helpful and knowledgeable.

The pool water was cold according to the kids.

They charged me twice but they reimbursed me that was the only bad thing

The hotel was great, but be aware that Ubers and Lyfts are almost nonexistent in the area. The hot tub was overflowing when we used the pool facilities. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Very nice hotel. Clean room, very nice staff, price was good, and great selection for breakfast.

The shower didn't have any type of shelf to put your soap and shampoo on.

I liked the reception area and the kind staff and the breakfast and the rooms were nice

My daughter pulled her bed sheets back and found some hair on her bed and I found hair in shower.
