I enjoyed specifically that they have a dispenser of lemon water in the lobby at all times, lmao. Also having a red velvet option for the breakfast waffle. The room was good (Though I remember the TV menu being finicky?) and had both a fridge and microwave if memory serves. Location is mostly great- there's a bunch of restaurants, gas stations, and a Meijer nearby.

Note I said the location is MOSTLY great- the property is accessible via stroad and adjacent to a bridge over a freeway, making the vicinity unpleasant to walk through. There's not an awful lot one can do about this. Other than that - we stayed 2 days and noted that they do not rotate sausage with bacon, instead serving only sausage. I was somewhat disappointed!

The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice the breakfast was nice.

The pool room needs a major upgrade for the pool and hot tub dirty and loudest hot tub I ever heard. The upstairs ice machine being not only broken but leaking water that they just let sit. But these are all my complaints there's way more good than bad why I gave you guys a 9 if you had a decent pool room and different stuff for breakfast each morning this is a upper end 3 star hotel.

Everything was good, the staff were delightful! They are still finishing up a renovation but it was not that noticeable, the price was a bit higher than I'd like but that seems to be the fair price for the area. I have no complaints. The breakfast was nice and available for a good time frame the when I was up early for work I could get breakfast and late enough that on Sunday check out there was no rush. One of the better hotels I've stayed in, I travel and have had about 10 other hotel stays in the last year.

The entrance was a pull or push door rather than automatic, there was no Ada button to open the door, makes bring in luggage a tiny bit difficult.

Good variety for breakfast. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Air conditioning worked. Relatively quiet. Close to where we had to travel to. Was given extra bath mats to soak up the water on the bathroom floor due to the shower curtain being too short.

The shower curtain was too short causing water to get all over the bathroom floor. ( this was explained that the wrong length was delivered and new longer ones were coming) The beds were a full when we were told they were queen. The beds were too tall and too soft. The mattress enveloped you/ sunk in. Very hard to climb up onto the bed. The cost per night was well over our budget. We realize it was the weekend prior to the 4th of July. We had no choice due to the fact we were there for our father's memorial service.

The breakfast was great and very clean kitchenette off the lobby. For breakfast there was a wide assortment of options. The beds were comfy and the shower was HOT! Pool area wasn’t crowded. Walking distance to great Mexican restaurant next door and hospital is right across the street. Under a mile from all major stores and restaurants!

The walls are paper thin and our windows wouldn’t close so there was a draft so we kept the double curtain closed to help the draft. The first few nights someone smoked the entire time they were there, hallways stunk like cigarettes! The pool area was slippery and very loud due to being right on the highway on ramp. The floors in the hallways needed to be vacuumed and many things were on the carpet all 4 days we were there so it hadn’t been done.

Everything! The rooms are updated and not like the pictures. The staff for the most part were excellent. It is very clean.

We were told breakfast was served until 10 a.m. Women working in the A.M. said no it was 9. She was rude and gave us a nasty look when 2 of us confronted her about it but don't let that stop you the overall experience was very good.

Location was perfect and the hot breakfast was a great way to start the day. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The room location was less than great. The hallway smelled like chlorine and there were constantly people being loud either upstairs when I was trying to sleep or slamming doors and running in the hallway in the morning.

As soon as we opened the room door, it smelled so clean. The room size was nice, and the beds were very comfortable, but it was high for me. I had to jump into it. Breakfast was pretty good, with the usual stuff. Also they are very pet friendly.

The hot tub was out of order, and the pool was crazy busy with kids for us to use.

Breakfasts were very nice.

Beware of the pool area. VERYVERY slippery and dangerous. I was walking VERY slowly to the table and the next thing I knew I was looking at the ceiling. Ended up across the street at the hospital. Five stitches in the back of my head. I cannot be the first person to have fallen... I'm a very young 68-yr old. Safety measures need put in place.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great for someone traveling the interstate. Breakfast had good protein options, not just carbohydrates options.

Only 1 elevator that was very slow. The parking / drive was was left something to be desired, You drive in and then have to loop around in an adjacent business parking lot to get back to the main hotel parking.
