The location. We attended an event at the nearby Basilica of St. Mary. The Park: Just across the street was a wonderful meandering park, surrounded by tall apartment buildings, hotels and other businesses. Scattered throughout were tables/chairs/benches, shade trees, beautiful flowers/ landscaping, grassy areas and art !!! Security: on site and present. Felt very safe both inside and outside.

Room was fine - but a few improvements would be to add a grab bar in the tub and a small hand towel holder by the sink. Refrigerator was a bit dated. No microwave. However, it should be noted that the beds were super comfy! Great mattress! 💤💤💤

NICE LOCATION, CLOSE TO WHERE WE NEEDED TO BE. EASY ACCESS WITHIN THE MOTEL. ELEVATORS CLEAN, HALLS CLEAN, NO BAD SMELLS. STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

FROM WHAT I SAW WHEN LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO STAY, IT LOOKED LIKE THERE WAS A PLACE TO EAT AND DRINK RIGHT IN THE MOTEL, THERE WAS NOT, ONLY FOR BREAKFAST. WE GOT TO THE MOTEL DURING THE EVENING AND ASKED BUT WERE TOLD THAT THE BARTENDER DECIDED TO GO HOME BECAUSE IT WASN'T BUSY. THE MAJORITY OF THE PEOPLE THAT WERE STAYING THERE WHEN WE DID, WERE AT THE METALLICA CONCERT. THE ONLY FOOD OFFERED TO US BY THE MOTEL WHEN WE GOT BACK WAS A SMALL BAG OF CHIPS FOR $5.50. ONE MAN WAS YELLING IN THE LOBBY ABOUT THIS.

Spacious room and comfortable bed, the shower was also good. Delicious a la carte breakfast, everything very fresh and made to order. great service

My reservation through booking didn't work as planned, even though I had a confirmed reservation. I got there and they didn't have my reservation. I spent half an hour in contact with Booking who said that my reservation was ok. After 15 hours of travel and 1 hour of waiting at reception, I gave up on booking.com and made a reservation directly with the hotel.

great location, easy checkin and checkout process. overall room was spacious, comfortable and a great view of the city.

at $304 for the night, i think parking could be included vs a $35 addon. so value for price not a great thing. also coming back at 11:30pm on a cold MN night to catch heck from a staff member because I held the door open for a young lady and her really young daughter so they didnt have to fumble for their key to get in (was probably 35 degrees and windy out) wasnt appreciated. They had to show their key just like i did as i came in :)

I loved the location most. The lobby is beautiful as well

There are no microwaves in the rooms. Most hotels have a microwave. A security guard took someone to my room. They were not with me nor did they have a room key. It was another female and this could have been bad if I was in the room with my girlfriend. I stepped out for some food with her and another girl showed up looking for me and the security brought her right to my room and she kept knocking on the door. He didn’t let her in but that was very alarming to me how my entire stay could have been ruined from an uninvited guest getting access to the into the hotel at night then into the elevator accompanied by one of your security guards.

Location is great for events at the convention center, it’s nice to not have to worry about weather and just be able to use the skyway. Pool kept my daughter entertained. Sauna was out of order otherwise would have been happy to use that, parking was better than some hotel parking ramps in the cities, it was attached and easy to get in/out.

Not queen size beds, must just of been full size. Bathroom wasn’t very big but it was doable. That you have to scan your room key immediately once in elevator otherwise it defaults you down to LL.

Location. We were able to walk everywhere we had planned within the downtown core. Examples: university shoe tree, first avenue, target field, us bank stadium, target headquarters, structure park. We were next door to the Nicolette Diner, down the street from Brits Pub....and felt extremely safe at all times.

No room service....wifi was unreliable on the 10th floor which meant I had to go down to the lobby to confirm air flights, etc. No microwave to heat up leftovers. The self serve laundry on the 3rd floor - only 1 washer was able to accept coin and neither drier was able to accept coins.

Room location and layout were great. Temp control was good, water pressure was good. It was a really nice room.

Internet. Could not connect laptop to internet. Was not given name of network or any instructions so I called the front desk. I tried multiple times with no luck. I could use 5g on my phone and did as much work as I could that way. Someone came to the door asking about my internet and I didn't talk with them. I wasn't told anyone was coming to my room so it was creepy and I wasn't going to open my door for anyone.
