Room was clean and well-stocked. The staff was very friendly - at check-in, check-out, and in the middle of the night when my key got demagnetized. At the price point, I was worried about how nice it would be, and it ended up surprisingly nice.
Only things you would expect from this price point - things are aging, carpet has some minor set stains (though definitely cleaned and vacuumed), towels aren't very nice, juice machine was broken.

It was close to the hospital, they were accommodating when I asked for a room on the main floor due to my moms heart condition, the breakfast was great, it has a nice pool and hot-tub,the beds were comfortable, and it was all just what we needed for a very low price!

The breakfast was good and the it was a quiet place to rest and was in a good location to stores
Could have a little better lights in the hall ways and could use some paint in the halls but over all this hotel is a nice place to stay

Breakfast was alright, (the waffles kept sticking to the waffle grill, egg were too salty, days there was no bread or muffins),
One morning I woke up and went into bathroom and while I sat there, I looked down and between the floor and carpet there was ants where they were coming from who knows where!

Breakfast was great as well as the convenience of being close to Mayo Clinic.
First put in a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Food on floor and elsewhere. Was corrected immediately and got a slight upgrade that was quite suitable.

There was a very faint musty odor in the room. I wonder if a fan in the bathroom might help[?
