Best place to stay away from home very friendly and helpful love how the rooms are set up like 1 bed apartments and they even have a couple of 2 and 3 bedroom setup and love the amenities they offer stove oven cookbooks crockpots boardgames indoor pool and they offer a rotating breakfast menu so you don't end up get tired of eating the same thing all week unless you choose and they have handicap accessible rooms and some of the handicapped rooms are also set up to assist Def and blind people and the rooms have dishes and untinsales and dish washer and popts pans coffee machine

The main thing that we liked about the property was simply one individual. His name was Savo. He worked at the front desk and was beyond kind and helpful. We have a son with disabilities who was accompanying us and Savo went out of his way to make our son feel welcome, even purchasing a soda for him. We decided to stay longer simply because he had been so wonderful to us. We found the pool area very comfortable, the room was comfortable, the bed was a little firm for our liking, but it was OK. The cleanliness was great as well as the breakfast.

Honestly, we can’t think of anything we did not like about the property.

Breakfast great and the location to the city is perfect for us. Our son loves the pool and slide as well! Staff is also always friendly and very helpful when needed. This is our favorite place to stay for Mayo visits!

The parking situation is definitely tough. There are not nearly enough parking spaces for the amount of rooms in the hotel. Other than the parking, we've not had any issues with anything.

Kids liked the pool, breakfast was good. It was nice to have our own little kitchen in our room.

it would be nice if breakfast opened a little earlier than 7 on the weekend. We had a dance competition to leave for at 7. I could have used an extra blanket for the sofa bed. The pool was out of towels twice.

Loved the two room suite. Two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms are wonderful when traveling with family.

The room seemed warm all of the time. It might not be practical to install ceiling fans due to liability or fools ruining things like this but a fan or two outside of the HVAC system would certainly help redistribute the air throughout the suite.

Friendly staff. Easy check-in. It is very affordable and nice for the area.

My door got stuck when I tried to enter every time, so I had to mess with it a bit to get in. I talked to the person at the front desk to get it checked. The parking lot is extremely small, so late comers have to park next door in the neighboring buildings' lot.

Breakfast was good. They were willing to start 30 minutes early to accommodate our needs.

Rooms are in need of a refresh for things like bedding. Parking lot needs lines repainted since it was a challenge getting a spot at times.

Personable staff,clean

The people above were very loud and kept dropping things on floor above the bed. Hard to sleep. The carts were not available during check out for elderly couples to use.

The breakfast good, nice variety to choice from. It was fairly close to the hospital. The rooms were very clean.

The couch you pulled out to use as a bed the mattress was very thin this could be upgraded, a person does not get a very good nite sleep on it. There was only one cup for the coffee and only one glass to use. They could update the dishes for this room.

Always a great place, great lo location to the Mayo, good restaurants and local shopping. Staff is always friendly. Continental breakfast always good foods.
